Hitoshi never thought babysitting for 30 minutes would end up like this.
If the boy would describe the moment he would say 'Eri left my side for 2 minutes to be with some random *beep* child who's parents are nowhere to be found. Now, to only find these 2 are gettig along and I have yet to find at least a mother to give her to right now'. The girl happened to be younger than Eri but the more time he could not find the owner of the child, the more these 2 would attach to him. He does not want some random child to full on attach to him, not even over his dead sleeping body.
"Kid, don't you have a mother." He was absolutely done with this other kid, not Eri though, she is an angel that is loved to utter death by just about everyone.
"Yeah, but she is with my brother." The child was so sweet to Hitoshi, almost as if she wss attached to him now. "He's in the recovery office."
"Great, why don't we go bring you there?" This child was to cheery, let it be gone from Hitoshi's sight before it burns his eyes. "Ok? Ok."
Eri wouldn't ever be an annoyance like any other kid the boy has met, Eri had this special beig about her despite what had happened with Overhaul. Even after her childhood being gone, everyone had made it so she could live life onward as happy as possible. Now, if this kid would keep up that happiness, then, Hitoshi might have to let the attachment happen.
"So, what even is your name?" Eri asked her new-founded friend, after all the girl she found happened to definitely be younger than her. Her hair was long and soft, beautiful bubble gum pink with the bits of baby blue, like the cooton candy ice cream flavor silking on her head. Eyes were a strong crimson red, shining bright with emotion as they looked upon her own surroundings.
"Kishi! Sora Kishi!" She took much pride into her name, inlike another family member.
Hitoshi feels like he heard the last name before but his finger was not catching on, like his brain was finally malfunctioning from he lack of sleep he has gotten all month long.
The rest of the way was all with Kishi and Eri, talking about many things and finding more friendship between them. Hitoshi would constently loose one or the other (even both) from their giggling ideas and fun talks. This nicely lead the group all the way somewhere, to bring back Kishi.
When they got here, it was when everything turned around.
"That was no suggestion mister, it was an order!" Histoshi stayed nearly behind the door with his 2 little companions as he noticed what was going on. Recovery girl was intensly yelling towards who is now the number one hero, telling this man off. "Maybe if you got help sooner then he would've been able to continue."
Histoshi has never heard more sass from an old lady like this, especially from Recovery Girl to a grown man. He was suprised it wasn't Midoriya reciving this sort of thing.
"Honey, would you just listen to her? She is what UA has closes to a excellent doctor, not even! If she is telling us we shouldn't let him go out there, he shouldn't."
"He'll be fine, besides, his quirk can allow him to generate his health faster because I helped train him like that."
"Some things can't always be fixed with a simple snap of the fingers you made in the past Daisuke."
Hitoshi knew this was no time to bring a child back to the parents, who were in an arguement.
"Eri, why don't I take you and Kishi to get a snack?" Long was too late to notice the lost sighting of them both to only find them in the room and with Kishi's mother. He felt himself called out when Kishi pointed towards the doorway and the woman looked at him.
"Come on in dear, I do not bite." She was sweet and gentle, almost luring. "And, thank you for bringing Kishi back to me, I hadn't notice she left my side when I was helping my son."
"No problem." He wasn't too happy with what he walked in on.
"Now, I wish for a moment to talk with my husband about what our current situation is." It was not long before he grabbed Eri and headed out that door.
He was not hearing that arguement.
.
.
.
.
.It wasn't long after when Hitoshi left that another arguement had heated up, one that went betweeen the most likely of people.
"Are you serious?! I almost died and you are making me still compete, do you want me dead in the middle of the stadium?" It's not like he didn't want to compete but now he felt more drained than ever, why should he have to do something that could worsen his well being?
"I helped you train your quirk so when things like this happen it is an easy fix."
"I'm not doing that, remember what the doctor had said about using my quirk more efficiently?"
"Son, she was doing that to scare you. She did not want you to realize the big amount of power you hold!"
"Then what was up with the check up last month?"
They all still had remembere what happened a month before, the event that happened 2 days before his own body set foot in the school. No one was allowed to talk about it or mention it without something happening.
It wasn't a glorious day, Kishi had never been more scared of anything in her life but he event destoryed her mentally, his step-mother had never realized the reality she should focus on for Akamine, meanwhile his dad brushed it off like dust on the shoulder.
"Son, they never found anything bad when it happened." He seemed cautious of his words, speaking slower than normal and with more warning.
"That doesn't mean it was normal, it could mean somethi-"
"-ing horrible, I know." He finished the sentence with much ease, cutting off his own son in the process. "Now, you will compete in these games and you will not disapoint at all, if you do-"
"-then I have to work the weekends. You realize that I actually don't mind doing that, after all, you do pay me like any other employee." It was true, every time the boy worked at his father's newly built agency, he would get paid like any employee hero there. "Plus, it gets me away from everyone."
"I know you don't mind working but what if I told you that you would be working with me the entire time."
Akamine has worked with his father on some occasions, all in which were both tiring and very sickening to him. He would constantly be thrown around by him and forced over the limit every time they were working.
"I know you'll make the right choice." He kissed Akamine's forehead and said goodbye to his son, making his way back to where he was sitting. "You always make the choice that respects me."
He always asked himself why he never turned, why he hadn't just done what he thought was best instead of listening to the enemy, to demand for his wants instead ofhaving to pay the poor wage of tolerance, all these times he could've fixed it and all he did was let it happen.
"Brother, mom said you have to watch me for a bit. " Akamine totally forgot Kishi was standing on his feet, her arms wrapped around his knees. "Can we go to the vending machine?"
"They have a vending machine?" She laugh as her brother picked her up. "Alright, now where is this vending machine we shall raid?"
"That way!"
____________________________________________________________________________________________Next chapter will contain 2 main things:
1) the explaination of the actual event that happened one month ago, the one that scared the entire family.
2) Shoto meeting the number one hero (this is a moment that is tying to the story, It isn't random)Honestly, I find Kishi and Eri will have an amazing friendship in this because they seem to lend a whole 15 thousand buckets of fluffiness of children being children to the mix.
We got to love them 2.Enjoy your day/night!
