014 - Eren Pov - ༻✧༺༻✧༺
➸ It had been exactly two days since I found [y/n] laying across the floor bloody. Seeing her body limp on the ground made me freeze...it's a sight I never wanted to see again.
I sat next to her hospital bed replaying the exact moments over and over again in my head.
It was torture.

"SOMEBODY CALL A FUCKING AMBULANCE!"
I held her cold body in my arms, shaking her trying to get a response. Nothing. Her shallow breathing and weak heartbeat taunted me like some sort of ghost. I should've never let her leave, I should've begged her to stay even if it meant annoying her.
I know how much she wanted to make a living of her own but at what cost?
Soon, Armin came running in. He froze the minute he saw what was going on. He immediately pulled out his phone and called an ambulance. Normally, I'd be weary about calling any sort of help like the police or an ambulance but I needed [y/n] to get help soon, if not, it could be too late.
"[y/n], wake up please," I held onto the open wound on her head, it continued to bleed regardless of how much pressure I put on it. "[y/n] I'm begging you please don't leave me."
I've never been one to beg for someone's life like this but when it comes to her...it's a different story. I've known her less then a month and I've grown attached, this was dangerous.
"Eren, an ambulance is on it's way. We need to clear out the guys and get our stories straight." Armin spoke to me but I couldn't hear a thing. My head laid flat on [y/n]'s chest listening to her heartbeat dreading the thought of it ever stopping.
"Eren..."
"Eren!"
Finally, after countless unresponsive calls Armin pulled me away, "you need to get it together boss, she's going to be fine!" He looked at me with pity. I couldn't help but question if she would ever wake up.
I looked down at my hands, horrified that I was covered in her blood. I've never shied away from bloodshed...but this was her blood, something that shouldn't be wasted nor spilled. Yet I was covered in it.
"The boys are already clearing this place out, all that's left is you," he looked me in the eye, trying to make me forget about the body behind me. "Will you stay here? Because we need to leave soon."
