She seems... okay.

{ Y/N's Point Of View }

Today you were going to school with Dragalge.

"Come on Dragalge!" You shouted

You were on the path racing to get to school since you were a little late from sleeping a little later.

Dragalge quickly caught up to you but you were met with all your friends outside of the campus.

"What're you guys doing out here?" You asked

Lillie seemed a little angry and disappointed.

"We're going to the Aether Foundation!" Mallow exclaimed

"Em... isn't the Aether Foundation that one foundation that takes care of Pokémon of all sorts?" You asked

"And Lillies mom is the president!" Lana smiled

"It's super amazing!" Sophocles said

"Me and Turtonator don't have any deliveries to make in the evening so we're tagging along!" Kiawe informed

"Good to have you along Kiawe." You stated

"Turta!" Turtonator exclaimed

You smiled as a plane seemed to land and a woman came out.

"Alola kids!" She said

"This is Professor Burnet! She's a Professor who works at the Aether Foundation with two other brilliant Professors!" Professor Kukui explained

"Oh! Alola Lillie! Your mother is so excited to see you! Well kids, make sure when you board the helicopter you always stay safe!" Professor Burnet said

You could tell Lillie didn't have great history with her mother.

Everyone boarded the plane, Dragalge was hesitant about the whole plane thing. If he could tell you what he was thinking it'd be along the lines of "Why can't we just swim?".

Lana stared at the sea happily as Sophocles did some research on the Aether Foundation. Lillie and Mallow were sat beside each other, Mallow was trying to cheer Lillie up but Snowy and Steenee were happily staring out the window.

Kiawe was sitting beside you switching between who he was talking to, one second it was Turtonator and the other it was you.

"You challenged Kahuna Olivia?" You asked

"Yup! I worked really hard to beat her with Turtonator." He shared

"I had faced Kahuna Hala. He's really kind, he isn't easy to beat in battle though. His Hariyama sure knows how to handle fights." You stated

"I plan on going up against the Poni island Kahuna for a Z-crystal." Kiawe said

The Helicopter landed as you and Kiawe got up out of your seats and out of the helicopter where there were multiple people.

"Alola class! Awh! And it's my little Lillie!" A tall blonde woman exclaimed

"Mother! Stop it right now!" Lillie ordered

"Vul!" Snowy exclaimed

"Hello, Lusamine. Could we wrap this up?" A green haired professor asked

"Don't be like that Faba. These are our guests." The woman known as Lusamine said

"Alola! Welcome to the Aether Foundation. We take care of all sorts of Pokémon and do lots of Pokémon research." A taller woman said

"Adding onto what Professor Wicke had said, we also do research on the alolan legends like Ultra Beasts, the sun and moon, island guardians and more!" Professor Burnet exclaimed

"Ma'am! What're Ultra Beasts?" Sophocles asked while walking

"They're Pokémon of myth said to have had a war with the Island Guardians long ago. We get lots of it from Melemele at times, sometimes even Akala!" Professor Wicke smiled

"Awesome!" Mallow said

"Steenee!" Steenee exclaimed

"What's classified as an Ultra Beast?" You asked hesitantly

"Something unknown to a Poke Dex! Or things that emerge from Ultra Wormholes, we've already named a few we spotted in murals!" Professor Wicke informed

Naganadel, Naganadel was an Ultra Beast. You had only met Naganadel since they were a Poipole but Naganadel still was an Ultra Beast.

Dragalge made noises of worry to you before entering where Lusamine regularly worked and being sat down for some food.

"I can tell you all have unique Pokémon!" Professor Wicke said

Professor Faba was glued to a screen about Ultra Aura or something while Lusamine was speaking on the phone with multiple people.

"We all have different Pokémon and different types we specialize in!" Mallow said

"I love Water Types! My partner is Popplio!" Lana shared

"I train Grass Types! Steenee is my partner!" Mallow exclaimed

"I'm usually all about Electric Types! Togedemaru and Charjabug are my Pokémon partners!" Sophocles informed

"I'm usually training Fire Types. Turtonator and Marowak are my Pokémon." Kiawe stated

"Poison Types are for me! Dragalge, Toxapex, Venusaur, Arbok and Salazzle are my Pokémon of choice!" You spoke

"Ice Types. Snowy is my one and only Pokémon and will continue to be." Lillie said

"How intriguing!" Professor Burnet smiled

"If you follow us you'll meet many more Pokémon!" Professor Wicke informed

Everyone got up while the people who were originally seated stayed seated being Faba and Lusamine, for work purposes.

There was an area fit for Pokémon with glass walls, it was luxurious. Outside... not so much.

It began to pour heavily meaning you couldn't go back to Melemele that day. Bummer.

"Oh! We have a spare room with bunk beds you can use overnight." Professor Burnet said

You were then led to the bedrooms where everyone was assigned  bunk beds.

You were on bottom bunk while Kiawe was on top, Lillie was on the top bunk with Mallow at the bottom while Lana was on bottom bunk and Sophocles was on top bunk.

"Why can't we just go home?" Lillie asked

"It's too rainy, not even Charizard would be able to navigate home." Kiawe said

"It's perfect weather for additional research!" Sophocles exclaimed

Popplio sighed before curling up into Lana's arms and falling asleep.

"We should hurry to sleep, the faster we go to sleep the faster we leave." Mallow stated

"Okay, night guys!" You exclaimed 

"Goodnight!" Lillie replied

"Night!" Kiawe said

"G'night!" Sophocles smiled

"See you in the morning!" Mallow exclaimed

"Have a nice sleep!" Lana said

Dragalge curled up leaving you up against the wall with your back slouched.

You could hear Sophocles typing which was actually pretty soothing but Togedemaru's light was quite distracting, you didn't quite care about the light though since Sophocles had a fear of the dark and it'd be wrong to let him live with the fear of it.

You eventually had went to sleep right after Dragalge hearing the hard sound of pouring rain, Toxapex would've loved the weather but on the other hand Turtonator and Marowak weren't so happy about the new weather change, it was normal for certain Pokémon types to dislike something very different.
