Miraculous Snow White

Prologue

Once upon a time the king and queen of the Lunar Kingdom desperately wanted a child but had been unsuccessful. Then finally one year, during the harshest and coldest winter, their wish was granted as Queen Sabine gave birth to a beautiful baby girl that she named Marinette. Queen Sabine had prayed that her skin be as white as snow and her heart would be as pure as a lily. Sabine was in a fragile condition after giving birth so she couldn't hold her new born daughter. This position was held by Alya, who was the daughter of the palace cook and was only 4 years old.

In time, Marinette grew up with the love of both of her parents, Alya, and all of the palace maids. When she turns 5 years old, her mother gifts her with a kwami named Tikki to be her companion so she could talk to someone that wasn't an animal. Well, a complete animal, after all kwamis were magical beings and Tikki was a ladybug kwami.

"What should we do today, Mari?" Tikki asked as it was a very mild winter so the king let her go play outside.

"Hmm." Marinette thought as she put on a thinking face. "Oh, I know. Let's race and the loser is a rotten tomato."

"Okay, lets start!" Tikki said as she started flying away.

"I didn't say start yet!" Marinette yelled as she started chasing Tikki.

Tikki stayed ahead the entire race. They were both so focused on the race, they didn't notice a young boy and a black cat-like kwami that were resting near the finish line. "I've won!" Tikki exclaimed as she danced in the air. Sugarcube?! The black kwami thought as his eyes bulged.

"But you cheated!" Marinette shouted back and that alerted the attention of the blonde haired boy with the black kwami. He turned to see Marinette and he noticed that she had a kwami too. Marinette then noticed the blonde boy. Who is he? She thought as he stood up. Who cares? But if we become friends, I can play with him and I hope that he won't cheat like Tikki.

Plagg! What is he doing here? Tikki thought as the boy and the kwami walked over to them.

"Hi." The Boy said. "My name is Adrien."

"Hey sugarcube." Plagg said at the same time as Adrien as he floated over to Tikki.

"Oh hi, mine is Marinette." Marinette replied.

"Seriously Plagg, you haven't changed at all." Tikki replied to Plagg at the same time as Marinette.

"Do you wanna be my friend?" Marinette asked.

"Of course." Adrien replied with a smile. They then talked and played for hours.

"MARINETTE! WHERE ARE YOU! IT'S TIME TO GO BACK HOME!" Marinette heard Alya yell and Marinette frowned.

"Sorry, Adrien. I have to go now." Marinette said as she stood up. "We'll play tomorrow." She then started running towards the voice yelling, "I'm coming Alya!" Adrien just smiled. "ALYA! Alya! I have something to tell you!" Marinette yelled as she neared her castle and ran to Alya. "I made a new friend today."

"What is it this time? A new rabbit or horse?" Alya asked with a smile. Marinette just looked at her with a cute angry expression.

"It was a human boy this time." Marinette said.

Alya just looked at her in shock for a second. But nobody comes here. Maybe she saw a dream. Alya thought.

"I have to tell this to mommy!" Marinette said excitedly as she ran into the palace.

"Ah! Princess, wait for me too!" Alya called out but Marinette didn't hear her. "She never listens to me."
