(karls pov)

im not gonna lie, i enjoyed when sapnap held my hand, why? i dont know either." so, this is my house, make yourself at home!" he exclaimed, "you have a nice house..." i whispered, he heard it and smiled softly, letting me knows he appreciates what i said.

"so, what do you like karl?" he asks me while were sitting in a couch in his room, "books,studying i guess,movies are nice too.." i said in a low tone, still keeping eye contact                "sounds nice," he said, "why do you want to be friends with me? be honest." i  said,                              "why would someone not want to be friends with you?" he asked.

"cause im literally the quiet kid, i shut people off alot and denied you the first time we met." i said, he looked down, " karl id be friends with you, your a nice person." he said, i smiled at that, he smiled back, and tried to put his arms around me, i let him

"so. you want to watch a movie? you said you liked them remember?" he said, i smiled, "yeah of course." " so what movies do you like?" " uh, movies like wednesday, or harry potter" i said, "lets watch wednesday, seems scary" i nod, i havent actually watched it, but eh.

i got jumpscared and squirmed at the jumpscare, sapnap chuckled lightly and put his arms around me again, "sorry.." i whispered , "no, its fine, we all get scared sometimes." i smile and let him cuddle me a bit.

when we reached the end of the movie i was already in tears ( i know its not emo, but like lets pretend it is aha ) "why are you crying?" sapnap smiled , " i dont know its just so sad!" i whined.

(sapnaps temporary pov switch)

karl was crying, i couldnt help but smile at the boy, he was so soft and harmless, i wish i could wipe his tears, but we've only been friends for a day, so i guess not.

"come on karrllll stop crying" i said, he giggled, it was the first time i heard him giggle, and wow, it was pretty, even for just a giggle. " uh? " he said, i was staring at him, "my bad, zoned out" karl nodded, "so, do you want to meet my friends dream and george?" i ask, he nods.

we hop in the car, driving to a resturant that we will eat dinner in and meet dnf (dream and george) "why do you call them dnf?" karl asked, "i dont know, theyre all over each other, and its obvious they do, so i made them a ship name" karl  nodded and chuckled.

"here we are, this is my childhood resturant" i said, karl chuckled and nodded, "hey guys!" dream shouted and waved at a table, i smiled and held karls hands leading him to the table, dream gave me that look.

the ' what are your plans with this boy ' look, but we sat down, it was one of those tube seats thing so me and karl were sitting next to eachother.

"so karl you ended up eating with us anyways" dream teased, karl hid his face, and laughed with us, "wait what?" george asked unaware of what happend,"i bumped into karl and asked him if he wanted to eat with us, and he said no and here we are, get it gogy?" george laughed finally getting the joke.

"so what would you like?" the waitress asked, everybody ordered except for karl, "karl, whats ur order?" i ask, "uh, just a cheeseburger and some sprite." he said, i raised my brows, thats it?

"you sure?" i whispered, he nods, i let him.
