PLOT:
Alice Leveret-Ahn ran away from home at 18 and began to study at Gotham University shortly after.
Her father may be one of Gotham's elite, but there was no way she was going back home or answering his or her mother's calls.
Desperate for money, Alice hears about an odd job she can take from a friend:
Becoming a henchman for the Mad Hatter.
Not the most glamorous job but whatever pays the bills, right?
But while working for the Mad Hatter and making some friends in the Wonderland Gang, Alice gets a second job with a woman known as the White Rabbit AKA Jaina Hudson, a fellow socialite in Gotham City, to pull off a heist of a lifetime.
And while working with her, Alice discovers she has developed an attraction to the criminal.
Now Alice has to make a decision: is she willing to risk everything for fortune and love?
OTHER:
•Jania Hudson is on the surface a villain that isn't that interesting. She's mostly just there for cheesecake but I honestly believe that she could be more if someone wanted to make her in depth (and not white wash her...and maybe give her mom an actual name—)
•Which is why I am here🤪. Although, tbh I don't know what this series will end up being really tragic or have a happy ending for the characters
•Alice is a cynical character. She was born into a wealthy family but due to being mixed raced, she was often looked down upon by the wealthy elite of Gotham. Supposedly her and her mom made her dad look bad
•Also, she thinks her parents love story—how they defied Alfie's father to still be together—is BS as Alfie Leveret still had his family's manor and his family's money but Alice learns that her parents' story may be not as fabricated as she thinks
•I don't have much going plot wise (by which I meant I haven't planned anything except the first chapter) but it's supposed to be a story about reconciling with your past and past mistakes and healing from trauma
