Heidi Lenore stood in the middle of the ballroom in a gorgeous green dress sequined with flowers that snug at her curves and accented her dark skin tone. Her long and flowing straight black hair cascaded down her back. There was a sliver and shiny clutch at her side and she was wearing sparkly green heels.
Her makeup was, of course, coordinated with her outfit: a dark green on her eyelids, dark red lipstick and green acrylics styled her nails.
Her jewelry, a diamond bracelet on her wrist and a matching necklace with green rubies, glittered in the light of the chandelier above.
She was beautiful and soon, after laughing with a few of Gotham's upper crust, her eyes met with Bruce Wayne's.
Brown met blue as she looked him straight in the eye and started to walk over.❞
