It was now after school and me and Caesar just finished our runs, and we're heading back to the crib. On our our way back we saw two familiar figures walking on the sidewalk ahead of us.
"What do you think they're up to?" Caesar asked me.
"No idea, but let's find out. Sleepy pull up beside them." I told him, and without a response he drove up to Monse and Jamal, slowly driving beside them as they walked.
"Where you headed?" Caesar asked them. He was sitting in the front seat with sleepy while I was sitting in the back.
"No where." Monse snapped. Surely they're not still planning on talking with Oscar, right?
"Whatcha doin Jamal?" Caesar huffed. I could tell he was starting to grow irritated with the whole plan situation. However, the thing was I don't think his anger is directed towards Jamal or Ruby, but more so Monse. I could see Monse punch Jamal on the shoulder, but from the angle that Caesar was at he had no idea what was going on.
"Decorating... Ruby room?" Jamal hesitated.
"Oh really cause here I thought Ruby was king at decorating. Has he suddenly lost his touch?" I asked slyly. I knew immediately what they were up once those words left Jamal's mouth. Caesar glanced back at me to give me a knowing smirk, before turning back to them.
"So there's no scheming?"
"We're scheming." Jamal said quickly.
"With color! Every good room rehab needs a color scheme!" Monse harshly pulled Jamal's ear before gently rubbing his head.
"I know a lot about color theory."
"And knowing Ruby he would want both me and Monse there to give a female's perspective. Cause like he said he wants to take women home." Both me and Caesar looked the pair with innocent smiles as if we didn't know what they were thinking. We just want to make sure that they don't carry out this plan. "And we don't want our sweet little Ruben coming across as an asshole to the ladies now do we?" I gave Monse a playful frown, and she rolled her eyes at me, obviously knowing what were up to.
"You can let us out here homie." Caesar said to sleepy while turning to face him. I watched as they did the signature handshake, before sleepy turned to me and did the same thing. We then got out of the car and watched as he drove off. Caesar threw his arms over their shoulders while smirking at them as we made our way to Ruby's.

The four of us finally made it to the Martinez's house and watched as Monse knocked on the door.
"We're here to feng shui your room! That's why we're here!" Monse exclaimed with a sarcastic smile when Ruby opened the door.
"I don't have my own room, but....." he walked out and shut the door, before pushing us back a few steps, and whispered, "I have a boner. My cousin just moved in." We all glanced down to check and sure enough he was right. "Not like my cousin cousin. More like wassup cuz? You know like fam but not fam."
