I walked in the crib with the boys behind me and all we saw was ass being thrown everywhere in damn near nothing. I can't be looking at Anita friends like this cuz it's wrong but they got ass too. They all need to start wearing nun outfits. When I slammed the door shut, they hurriedly turned the music off and tried to cover up using my damn decorative pillows. I had to tell Chris and Leonard to look away but that wasn't gonna work.

"Don't stop on our account. We tryna see that again." Chris idiot ass said

"Boy bye, you got a whole girlfriend and you tryna see somebody else ass. Dave and Leonard will kill you for looking at us."

"Well maybe you shouldn't be having ya ass and I won't look." He looked at the lil short chick who seem to be shying away

"Nigga Shit up and stop looking at my woman before I take ya eyes out. We going smoke so y'all can continue whatever y'all was doing."

We walked to the backyard and chilled under the tent. I lit the blunt and took a few puffs. Today was lowkey aggravating. I mean when you hire people, you expect them to be able to get the job done without any problem. But that don't even be the case especially with the ones who intentionally do Shit based off of feelings and animosity. But to make things worse you have to find out that the same person got arrested for stalking and following another coworker in a neighborhood, where you know them people don't mind calling police.

She came back to work like nothing happened so when I confronted her she got real defensive. And you chose today to make stupid moves knowing how I can get. Since she wanted to act an ass, I showed her how much of an ass I could be. I demoted her from lead to just a regular worker. She better be lucky I ain't fire her yet. This demotion should help her get her shit together. I would hate for her to come up missing for doing something real stupid and talking things far. I might not be in that life no more but I have no problem going back to it over the ones I love.

I rolled up a blunt and took a puff letting the smoke make its way through my body. Today had been real aggravating and I honestly wanted to punch someone just because but that would be stupid. I'll take it out on my punching dummy later. It really just irks me how people can be this dumb and do stupid things over dumb shit. I've always been nice to my employees and steam when I need to but it seems like imma just have to start firing mofos who ain't doing what they gotta do and who making stupid decisions over bullshit.

By the time I got to the last bit of the blunt I ashed it out Incase I wanna made a bong. Weed really calms me down in situations like this. I don't like coming home aggravated or worried about work drama but it happens. If I could give exercise a week off I would but that might hurt the business and we could lose money. Splitting it in half my actually do the trick. Half get this week off and other half the next week. There'll still be people working but it'll give everyone a chance to relax and come back refreshed and not on some other stuff. I'll have that set up in a couple of weeks.

"Nigga get out yo head. Work is over. You at home now. Just relax and take a chill pill." Chris said knocking me out my thoughts

"Nigga. Let me day dream. Nosey ass."

"Boy You been in a funk since we left the building. We tryna have a work free afternoon. I know what ole girl did was stupid as fuck but don't let it affect your afternoon or anything with Anita. You know females get jealous when somebody else on the arm that they want. You can't control that but you can control how you let that affect you when you come home. Leave work at work cuz when you bring it home it can bring on bad energy and arguments."

"Look at this Nigga tryna preach like he knows what he talking about." I laughed

"Cuz I do dusty Nigga. Ain't you in the gutter right now cuz of your bad doings with Tammy?" It was real quiet after that
