HEY LOYAL READERS, SORRY FOR THE WAIT! LIFE BEEN LIFING LATELY AND I HAVENT HAD A CHANCE TO UPDATE. IM BACK THOUGH SO HERES A NEW CHAPTER.

Shit had been getting crazy these past few months and I feel like I've interrogated damn near everybody I know. Something still doesn't feel right to me. After that day at the beach I couldn't risk me or nita staying at that house so I had to move us to my other house incase things went sideways. Anita was never afraid but I feared for her and being as though she is my lady and my responsibility I would feel bad if something happened to her.

For the sake of her families safety, I had to move them as well. Nita has been wanting her family to move out of the hood for so long. I couldn't risk anything happen to them so I set them up in a high rise in Manhattan. Tammy's mother refused to leave because she didn't want to move out of where she is and her mother was set in stone on staying in the hood. I accepted her wishes but made sure to hire security to watch her house at all times.

This was all too much to deal with and I know how the Modi family is. they won't stop at nothing until they have me on a silver platter with a apple in my mouth. I'm not backing down from anything but I don't want to go into this unprepared. Anything could happen and I need to make sure that everyone I love is safe.

I keep getting this feeling that someone I know is behind this shit and I can't put my finger on it. I've watched way too many crime shows to know that you have to always look at the people closest to you or around you. Those are the ones who could be plotting revenge on you. I know someone who can do background checks into in any everyone.

It will go through their whole life to find out but I won't tell anyone. I don't need people getting spooked. I'll just watch for behavior and see how people react to things. I went into the living too see the crew on the couch chilling. I didn't see the girls so I'm assuming they went outside. I walked to the back to see Anita and Tammy grilling Raven.

"Ladies what are y'all doing out here?" I kissed Nita's lips

"Hi baby. We just trying to get to know Raven. Seeing as though she'll be with Chris for a while, we might as well make a new friend. She's gonna start hanging out with us more often."

I nodded my head listening to Nita and checked a text from my phone. From what I'm reading. The girls don't trust Raven but they have to pretend to get whatever they can out of her. Nita never liked Raven to begin with and I couldn't stop that. I mean I never would've thought for her to be untrustworthy but you can never tell with anybody nowadays so I'll let them handle that. Meanwhile I have to start looking at people who I fuck with or whoever has had any type of contact or connection with me in any way.

Me and Tammy have been pretending to get to know Raven or whatever. I honestly didn't trust the bitch from jump. It was too quick if her to just get in a relationship with Chris after trying to get with David. I mean that is truly suspect. I don't know if she has anything to do with the people coming after David but she def is using Chris for his money.

"I think we might have gotten off to a wrong start when I first met you. And that was me judging before getting to know you. If you're going to be around our we might as well become friends and bury the hatchet." I said to Raven lying thru my teeth

"I get girl. I wouldve did the same if somebody had suddenly come into one of my friends lives. Let's all go out for drinks soon." She replied giving me the fakest smile ever

"I'm down with that. We can go Friday. I got a hosting that night at PNY's club so it's up."

"I'm totally down. My friends are homebodies and act like aunties so it's good to go out with people who don't turn into grandma's."
