It's been days since that whole shoot out and everything is back to normal. Tammy and Leonard been on a date everyday this week. She don't even call as much as she use to. I am happy for her with her in love ass. I had to threaten Leonard cuz that's my bestfriend and I would hate for her to get hurt. She's always been the "i wanna get married and live in a castle" type. I mean we can't all be Cinderella but we can speak it into existence.

As for myself, I ain't really tripping bout a dude. If one comes along then one will. My lil moment with David was a moment. Even if I was to try to go his way I think he would turn me down. His mindset is amazing but he won't even have time for a girlfriend or anything further. He's business focused and it's not a bad thing but he needs to take time for yourself as well or he'll be a bitter old man with 37 dogs and wheel chair.

Leonard told me he used to be outgoing and free spirited but once he went corporate he changed his lifestyle and his ways. There's nothing wrong with that but from the way he was stressing when we went to his house you could tell he's been having trouble finding good help. I would do it myself but is it enough to help me and my family. I'm paying my bills and my moms. She's been struggling taking care of my little brother and sister.

After my dad and older brother died in a plane crash money has been tight and I decided to help out. School and selling drugs was hard enough. Sometimes I wish I was rich so I could buy her a home and give her enough money to last her a a lifetime. It would pay off my loans and other debt I could start a business or several. I wouldn't live in the hood anymore. Well a girl can only dream but I know I will get there.

I grabbed the bags I was given to go make these deals. I told Leonard I don't like going alone. It don't matter how I dress a man is going to always be a man. I keep the gun tucked but you never know with any situation. Men are like hungry shark, ready to eat whatever comes their way. I walked out with one of the other runners and we headed to the stops I had to make.

They all went pretty smooth except for the third stop. The dude there tried to make a pass at me and failed. He got angry and called me all types of names. I got scared lowkey because the minute I started talking my shit back he went and got his boys to come out. They were huge as hell. This didn't look like somebody you was think was his regular friends. These men were wide loads with weapons. I didn't stand a chance. I could do one by one cuz I got weapons myself but so together I was a goner.

We got back to the trap and I handed Leonard the envelopes of money. I said my goodbyes and went to go get some food. Ain't nothing like some Chick-fil-A with a milkshake on the side. Once I stepped inside my home I immediately took off these outside clothes and got comfortable. I couldn't help but think about that night with David.

His touch and our bodies being so close that they couldn't get any closer. His cologne and those soul snatching eyes. I love a man who's about his business but can get rough when need be. Work had been stressing me out for the past few days. Dealing with trying to get this new account and clients all at one time. My supposed assistant called in sick today and I swear she's lying but I can't prove it. I need better help around here because she's been killing me. When I ask her to do something, she questions why she has to do it rather than doing it. I gave her a week to get her Shit together and time is almost up.

I don't hate to fire her because she ain't doing a good job. You would think with the nice salary she's getting and good ass benefits she should step up and take this job serious but she hasn't. I went to the internal website and removed the position. Afterwards I sent an email to HR to have them start conducting interviews soon.

I had HR fire ms Simmons and give her the severance papers. Being fired on your day off is worse than being fired when you're at work. I honestly didn't want to have her come in and me explain why I fired her. I would get aggravated to quick and she would try to plead her case. It's nothing to talk about. I locked my desktop and went to the couch. I need this break right now. It can only last for ten minutes because I gotta get back up and work some more.

Chris bust in my office with this cheesy grin on his face. I know that look all too well and he did something either good or bad but good in good eyes. You never know with him and I'm starting to wonder.

"Nigga why you barging in here. I'm trying to relax." I said aggravated

"I got some fire ass Pussy from that chocolate chick you interviewed long time ago. She a dummy for sure but that pussy smart as hell."

"Make that make sense and why are you really here. What did you do?!"

"Aight so Leonard told me ole girl was looking to get ac second job since she patting her bills and her families bills and I told her you was looking for an assistant and that she can be interviewed today so I brought her here." I looked at him crazy

"Who is ole and why the Fuck would you bring her here on a day like this."

"The chick who sold for Leonard. Short with a midget booty." He said describing her making me chuckle

"Give me ten minutes. I need to straighten up and spray the room."

"Yea cuz your office smell like hard times and a bounced check." He fanned his nose
