Chapter 1 Traces

Present

"Now let us see what is inside the Toyota Raize..." Stephen said as he open the car and went inside. He is in the middle of recording a blog for his review about the vehicle. Eversince his repair shop became a shop of vehicles, he has been doing a reviews on vehicle that he will put on market.

Tony, his partner in blogging, the one who is handling the cam , went inside on the front passenger side while he went inside the driver seat.

Tony focused the cam on the front compartment which is on the script they have prepared before they shoot.

"As you can see the..." he continued discussing about the navigational map, fuel meter, speed meter, and others.

Tony signed they need to cut it short about the tools and start the driving experience part.

" Tony is eager to know about the driving experience so enough of this and we will try to drive this awesome raize!"

Tony gave him a wide eye when he mention his name. He knew Tony just wants to be behind the scenes since he does not want his face to be exposed.

Stephen then went to the driver seat and buckled up. Same with Tony and started to drive. They entered the Toll going to Laguna.

"Wow, can you hear that! The sound and swift running...." He continues to talk while passing through the exit. He then was driving with other cars.

They suddenly stop on the cross road when the traffic lights went red. "What I really love on this car is that--"

He then suddenly stopped speaking when he noticed a familiar face on the bus window on his side.

He was on shocked that he did not notice that the traffic lights went on green.

"Stephen,the lights are already in green!" Tony called him back while the other cars are giving out their horn on them. The bus then turned left and without warning he also turned chasing after the bus. He speed up to 50 km per hour taking short cuts when the bus is ahead of them for about 10 feet.

When the bus stopped, he stepped on the brake, opened the car door without warning and did not notice a motorbike was about to pass through.

"Are you nuts!". The guy who is riding the bike yelled at him when he was totally out of the car. "Are you drunk or what?"

He did not mind him since he does not want to miss the bus.

"Hey I am still talking to you?!"

He then deeply sighed and turned, since the guy is already catching the other motorists' attention and he do not want his face to be on the headlines.

"I don't want to be rude but if there is any damages,"he then took one of his business card, four thousand bill and handed it to the guy, "you can sent it to my shop all expense are on me. For further details you can talk it with my colleague."pointing to Tony who is already outside of the car listening to him. "Now, if you'll excuse me I need to catch that bus," starting to walk backwards and thumb pointing the bus. He then turned and ran towards the bus when the guy did not reply.

He climbed fast inside it not minding Tony' s voice, calling after him and went to the seat where he saw the familiar face but she was not there. He then scan around the bus but the person could not be seen.

He closed his eyes and breathed deeply. Stephen what are you expecting?! She's already gone! He mumbled to himself.

"Don't ever do that stunt again!" Tony complained when they arrived on their small company who sells cars and Stephen is the owner. He also sometimes do mechanic when a VIP customer asked him. But the source of their productivity is his reviews and that is why their company became famous.

"What if the guy is drunk and he decided to scratch the car?! It is lucky that he was one of you followers!" Tony who is their PR and marketing strategist, still complaining while taking his cam out with him.

Yes, it was luck that the guy is one of his followers in YouTube and did not recognized him at first but when he returned from the bus, the guy recognized him (because of the card) and does not want to further complain to what happened. Instead the guy just asked a selfie from him.

John who is the vice president went out from the office when he heard Tony rumbling and went to them

"Hey, what happened?" he asked

"Ask this idiot." He respond and walked away carrying the cam with him.

Stephen did not mind Tony's side comment went directly to his own office. He was aware that he and Tony does not get along well sometimes but the guy is really good at his work and he cannot just fire him just because of some nonsense argument. Also he knew he was at fault.

"Hey,Phen, what happened there?" John asked who followed him inside their office while closing the door after them.

Stephen went behind his table and breathed deeply and looked at his friend.

"I think I saw her, John, Mishka."
