I woke up the next morning around 6:30. I woke up to my alarm witch was a song called, "This Little Girl" by Candy Grooves. I grabbed my phone and turned it off. The reason I woke up at 6:30 was because at my house, this was the time Raylin and I woke up.

I sat up and yawned once more before I stretched my arms. I got up and folded my blanket. Once I did I grabbed my pillow and walked down the hall. Like yesterday, I brushed my fingers against the wall as I walked by. I don't know why...but the wood feels weird. Different. I knocked on it to see if it was hallow, and it wasnt. Weird. Whatever.

As I turned to the door that is supposedly "our room" I saw that Raylin was awake. When I got a closer look, I saw she was crying.

I walked over to her and set my stuff on her bed, "Raylin? What's wrong?" I said curiously. I was afraid Lilly or Elian did somthing to her.

"I just...I miss mom..." she hugged me and I hugged her back.

"Hey, it's alright, I have a plan to get back home, but you need to just hang in there okay?" I smiled and kissed her forhead. She nodded and began looking through her dresser for clothes.

I guess she didn't want to talk anymore. I sighed and began looking for clothes to wear.

RAYLINS POV:

When River and I got off the bus, we began walking away into a huge crowd. I didn't like crowds, but I also didn't like doing things without River. She's a year older than me, so we won't be in the same class.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I mean, a new surrounding, new people, new school, new teachers. It all seemed over whealming. I didn't even know how long I would be staying here. Not to mention that I don't even think River had a plan. It worries me, but she's my sister. I have to trust her and just saying I-

THUD

I fell to the ground and fell flat on my ass.

"Ow..." I said to myself, with my eyes still squinted. I rubbed my head feeling a slight pain. What'd I even bump into. When I first looked there were no poles near by.

"Oh, I'm so sorry!" I heard a deep male voice say, "look, I wasn't paying attention where I was going, and it was all crowded and O really didn't mean to but here!" He stopped.

I opened my eyes to see a Mexican guy with black air and brown eyes. His hair was done in a comb over. He wore a puma shirt and jeans. I guess I didn't notice his hand extended to help me up, but once I did I grabbed ahold of it and lifted myself up. Strange. I didn't see River anywhere...

"Ugh...I-Im sorry...!" I apologized quickly.

"No, it was completely my fault. To make up for it, why don't I buy you a drink after school?" He smiled. Damn...he was pretty hot.

"Oh, no! I-its fine, really I'm okay!" I smiled slightly.

"No, it's alright. I insist." He was charming me...I could tell. Well, River will probably be busy so...I guess...

"Alright, we'll meet up at the front of the school?" I blushed slightly.

"Sure, well I gotta get going, so see ya after school!" He waved and smiled, and then the bell rang. He walked off to class, but when we entered the long halls of River Veiw high, they quickly got packed. Well...time for class...
