DOCTOR KIM
"I'm doctor Kim, you can call me Namjoon," the new doctor introduces himself.
You sit back into your bed. You're in a terrible mood because of what happened between you and Seokjin. He full on rejected you. Atleast, that's how it felt for you.
Namjoon sits down on the edge of your bed and sighs. "I know Jin is... complicated sometimes. But we can still try and make the best of your therapy, hm?"
Seokjin told Namjoon everything that went down. Of course, Joon scolded him for being such an idiot. But Jin really didn't want to risk anything.
"I don't understand him," you speak. "He was giving me signals all the time."
"I don't understand my friend either, but I'm sure he has his reasons..."
You glare at Namjoon.
"... or maybe not," he corrects himself. "Can I do a little test on your legs? It's been almost two weeks with Jin's therapy now and it might show."
You pull the blankets off your legs and wait for Namjoon to tap your legs.
He pokes your thigh first. You can fully feel the touch, no tingles or weird feeling.
He pokes a little above your knee. You feel his touch, but not as good as on your thigh.
"It's not fully recovered there yet," you say. Namjoon writes it down and moves down to below your knee. You can't feel him poking you.
You do feel him poking at your feet. The touch does feel a little vague, but it's there.
"Looking at what I wrote down," Namjoon looks at your files. "We need to work more on your knee area. It recovers slower than your feet and thighs."
Namjoon looks over at the wheelchair and the crutches in your room.
"Are you comfortable enough to start using crutches? It could help with the process and it gives you alot of freedom."
"Sure. Give them to me, please."
Namjoon hands you the crutches, wich you take gladly. You pull yourself up from your bed and use the crutches to walk out of the room.
Your walking pace is slow, but Namjoon keeps his pantience with you. "Are you getting visitors today?" He asks, starting a conversation with you while you walk to the therapy room.
