Namjoon tries everything to calm you down, but nothing helped; you continued to cry, leaning your head against his chest.
"It's alright. They didn't give up on him yet. They see possibilities," Namjoon says, slowly rubbing your back in a soothing way.
"B-but I don't see t-them," you sob on his shoulder.
Namjoon sighs and tries to keep himself from crying with you, the lump in his throat only tightening just by hearing you cry.
"Maybe you should go visit him. I think he's already awake by now."
"I-I don't want him to see me cry," you stutter out. You didn't want to seem like the victim here, he was sick, not you.
"Cloe, he just got that news. He needs you now," Namjoon says. "He needs you more than ever now, go see him."
With Namjoon's advise, you forced yourself to open the door to Jin's room and walk in. He's sitting in his bed, looking straight at you as you walk in.
"Cloe..." he starts, but fails once he breaks down in tears.
You sit down next to him on his bed and take your hand in yours, holding his cheek in your other hand.
"I don't want to leave you. We still have so much things to do," he sobs.
"They didn't give up, Jin. There's still a chance for you, for us."

You left Jin alone and Namjoon joined him in his room.
"Will you take care of her? You know... When I'm not here anymore," Seokjin looks at Namjoon.
"Jin, why? Why are you making me lie to her? Why are you making the doctors lie to her?"
"I don't want her to get hurt. If she knows that I'm dying..." Seokjin looks away. "It will ruin our last moments together."
"She deserves to be able to say goodbye to you, Jin. This is so not fair!" Namjoon stops himself from getting even more angry. "If you don't tell her, I will. She deserves to know that these are her last moments with you."
Namjoon storms out of the room, and you walk in with a confused look on your face.
