Four years later...

"I'm gonna ask Ember to marry me." I said to Chan one night as we sat on the patio to the apartment Ember and I shared.

"I knew that would be coming sometime soon." He laughed.

"I need your help." I said nervously. He looked over at me confused. "You know that ring you got a few years ago for your mom?"

"Yeah. What about it?"

"I need to know where you got it made. I was looking at stores trying to find one, but they all look the same and I can't find one that Ember would like."

"Look at you going all custom!" He joked as Changbin came out on the patio.

"Who let you in?" I asked confused looking at him.

"I have a key. Remember?" He said holding it up. "What're we talking about?"  He asked sitting down.

"He wants to--"

"Get custom windows. For the apartment." I cut Chan off giving a fake smile. Suddenly Felix came out on the patio.

"Hey." He said sitting down.

"Why is everyone at my house right now?" I asked confused, but just as I was trying to think of a way to get them all to leave, Minho came out and sat down too. "My god, did someone send an invite to my house today? Why is everyone here?"

"You don't wanna see us, Hannie?" Seungmin asked as he came and took the last chair outside.

"I---don't even know what to say right now. Did you guys take a clown car over here or something?"

"Hyung! I brought food!" Jeongin said as he set down the food in the kitchen on his way out.

"Ok, what's happening?"

"Chan hyung said that you guys were celebrating. So we're all coming over. Didn't he tell you?"

"Oh did he? Chan hyung?" I said sarcastically throwing a glare in his direction.

"I'm HEEEEERRREEEE" Hyunjin said as he waltzed into the apartment.

"Give me your keys. All of you." I said quickly, "I'm revoking key access."

They all looked at each other confused and then glanced at Chan. "Don't look at me. I thought I was going to have a completely different discussion."

I looked at him and squinted "Exactly what conversation did you think we were going to be having, CHRISTOPHER?" I said sarcastically.

"Well, the one....the uh....the one where you uh....tell me...well, I mean..."

"SPIT IT OUT" I said slamming my hands down on the table.

"I thought you were gonna tell me Ember was uh.....with....child?" He said his entire face turning red.

"What the actual FUCK made you think I was going to tell you that?!" I asked still feeling a little in the dark. "Is there something you know that I don't?" I finished.

"I don't know!! You two have lived together for a while, all that privacy? I don't know!!" He laughed awkwardly and his face turned a shade of red I'd never seen.

"Soooo, should I not have made gender cookies?" Felix said breaking the silence as I stared at Chan in disbelief.

"NO!" I said my own face turning red and hoping that Ember wasn't coming home any time soon.

"I'll just go....put those somewhere....else." Felix said as he stood up and shoved the pink and blue cookies in the trash. Trying to cover them up with other trash to hide them.
