(Trip's POV)
1 Month After Controllord's Attack.
So... It's been a month since the near destruction of Silver hills by Controllord... The city rebuilt really well... So well that you can barely tell that the centre had massive foot prints in it... But that's not important now that was a month ago, right now I'm as happy as I could be as I have the best boyfriend I could ever have... Wes Collins and right now we're going on our tenth date since the attack,
"Trip you ok?" Wes asks me pulling me out of my thoughts
"Yeah I'm fine" I say smiling as I look over at Wes
"Ok if you say so" he says as we approach the cafe... You see this is the cafe where all this started one month ago you know the one we went to for lunch and then ended up in that other dimension... Yeah you remember anyway since it's been a month Wes wanted to come here to at least have fun and forget about the mission for a day and I'm actually fine with that... Anyway as I take my seat which Wes pulls out for me he asks,
"Did you want anything to drink?"
"Umm... Water" I say
"Cool" Wes says "want any food yet?" He asks
"Not yet" I say
"Ok... I'll be back with our drinks" he says and walks off towards the counter
When Wes came back with our drinks we settled into a conversation about just random things like how the week went or what was the next day going to be like,
"You sure you not hungry?" Wes asks after awhile of talking
"Maybe a little" I say
"How about some chips?" Wes offers
"Sounds good" I say and then Wes gets up to go get the food but not before kissing me on the cheek
"Be back in a little bit" he says before walking into the cafe... Ok since we have a little bit until Wes returns I'll tell you about the strangest thing this whole month... The strangest thing is that there's barley been a mutant attack on this city since Controllord... I mean sure there's been the odd mutant here and there but nothing more then that...I'll say it's like Ransik is planning something massive... Oh I'll explain more later Wes is back... And he walks up with a small bowel of chips,
"Here Trip" he says placing them down
"Eat up we've got one more stop to go to" he finishes with
"Ok... But where-" I start bit he cuts me off
"Don't ask it's a surprise sweetie" he says and I nod knowing full well that his surprises are the best
"Come on eat" he says and we both enjoy our... Well lunch I think
After we finished eating we clean our hands and we stand up ready to go
"You all set to go Trip?" Wes asks
"Sure am" I say
"Let's go then" he says and we begin to walk in what I'd call a somewhat familiar direction
"Do I know this place?" I ask
"You might" he says and we continue to walk
"Can't you give me little hint?" I ask really wanting to know where we are going
"No... This one is staying a surprise babe" he says and I blush at the word 'babe' you see he only uses it on special occasions I've noticed and I'm guessing that this is one of those
So as we walk down the street I'm left just wonder 'where the heck are we going' and then I look over and see Wes smirk... I know he's enjoying this.
