The sun was slowly setting in Portorosso, making a tinted orange in the sky.
Most of the people in town are in their homes, making dinner for their families.
While the underdogs however, are still out a little late training for the race.

Luca pushing himself to pedal hard on the bike, with Giulia and Alberto sitting behind him.
Giulia with a stop watch timing him, and using encouraging words to keep him going.
While Alberto behind her was slouching, looking miserable rolling his eyes every time her mouth opened.
He just wanted to get the Vespa quickly, and then him and Luca will be out of here.

No one to tell them what to do, no Giulia to tell them they HAD to do.
And they can do what ever they wanted.

After a tiring journey up the hill, once they got to the top.
Luca pressed the breaks, taking a breather.
Finally putting one of his feet on the stone.
Giulia and Alberto both hoped off the bike, and Giulia showed Luca the time.

"Wow Luca, that was your bestest yet!" Giulia exclaimed, as Luca gave a slight smile when he saw the frozen mini clock.
Alberto turned his back on them, arms crossed.
Showing he doesn't care at all.
But then a train horn caught their attention, Luca looking in awe at the train down the hill chugging away into the tunnel.

"Oh look, that's the train to Genova!" Giulia pointed out.
"That goes to your school?" Luca asked, turning the bikes wheel in anticipation.
"Yeah!" She happily answered.
Alberto scoffed at her, but yet she ignored it.
"Hay, is school open to...a-anybody." Luca asked, tightening his grip on the handlebars.
"Well it costs a little money but—I guess." She said, putting her hands on her hips.
Luca smiled, imagining the things he could learn in school.
Find out more about the stars.
But his train of thought was interrupted by Alberto stepping In between Giulia and Luca.
Moving the bike to the side a bit.

"Great! Thank you Giulia for show us the boring thing that takes us to the awful terrible place." Alberto clapped his hands together.
"Now, can we just focus on what matters!" He exclaimed, walking to the other side of Luca.
"If we don't get the Vespa, we're never getting out of here." Alberto complained.
Putting a hand on his hip, as he watched Luca slowly roll the bike close down hill.

Giulia slightly looked to her right, only to find Alberto giving her a death glare.
His green eyes looking fierce, and filled with anger.
Giulia's eyes widened slightly, then quickly looked back at Luca.

"Santa mozzarella, the down hill." Luca said, getting the mozzarella thing from Giulia.
Giulia walked up to him, trying to comfort him.
Alberto walked up along side him as well, just to make sure Giulia isn't doing anything.
Then Giulia gently placed her hand on top of his.
Alberto saw their skin to skin contact, forming a sort of anger.

"Look, I know this seems scary, but here's what you need to know-"

But Giulia was then cut off.
"Would you stop bossing him around!?" Alberto said, he eyebrows narrowing.
Giulia quickly took her hand off Luca's, using her hand to exaggerate.
"What is your problem?" Giulia exclaimed, pulling her eyebrows together.
Alberto slapped his hand on Luca shoulder.
"I'm his friend, I know what he needs." He said, shaking Luca almost violently.
Luca looked ahead of him, with a blank expression of confusion.

"Oh really? Then what dose he need?" She asked, tilting her head a bit causing her red curls to bounce.
Her hands back on her hips.
"Me!" He said, quickly climbing on the bike in front of Luca.
Now taking full control of the handlebars.
Giulia's eyes widened slightly when he got on.
"We'll just ride down the hill like we did on the island, together!" Before Giulia could stop them, Alberto pushed off the ground descending down the steep hill.
"Alberto!" Luca yelled before it was to late, they where already zooming.
