Jake wakes up in a empty bed, Heeseung nowhere in sight. He looks around the bed but to be met with the same sheets and pillows he seeks comfort in if his lover isn't there with him.
Confused he calls out for the older.
"Heeseung hyung?"
The bathroom door opens revealing a freshly clean Heeseung. His hair slightly damp and only having a pair of black sweatpants on, a towel wrapped around his neck as if he was just finished towel drying his hair.
"Hey baby. Did you rest well?"
Jake nods slowly, Heeseung's voice was unusually soft, it made Jake feel unsettled.
His eyes look around the room, everything seems normal apart from the bag in the corner.
"What's in the bag hyung?"
Heeseung's eyes follow Jake's, meeting at the bag that has the serum Soobin gave him inside.
He smiles softly, his gaze dark. "Just something I wanted to try out with you later."
"Oh, okay." Jake's hair bounces as he nods at his words.
Jake can't place the random feeling of unease he has, the feeling foreign to him now.
He was so used to not having to worry about his every move or surroundings when he got with Heeseung. The thought of him having ill intentions with him was something Jake couldn't imagine being a reality.
"Are you hungry yet doll? I don't remember if you ate anything before you took a nap."
Heeseung changes the subject, he knows Jake's confused about the unusual tension between them. Wanting to keep him as calm and comfortable as possible he thinks of ways he can start the process.
Maybe he can put a small dose of the serum in his food, so he only feels floaty and foggy instead of the crashing sensation of his body being controlled by someone other than his own consciousness.
Jake shakes his head, his tummy making a noise of hunger making him blush slightly.
Heeseung chuckles at the cute boy in front of him. "Okay well I got us some ramen if you want that?"
Jake's eyes light up at the suggestion, making his way from the bed he gets some clothes to take a quick shower.
"I'll meet you downstairs alright love?"
Jake let's out a yawn before responding. "Okay hyung. I love you."
Heeseung smiles, giving him a quick kiss on the lips before he watches Jake leave to the bathroom. Muttering a 'i love you too' Heeseung makes his way to the bag to get the serum, smirking to himself.
"I love you more darling. I love you more than words can describe."

Heeseung waits for the kettle to boil to put in the water for their ramen.
He looks over at the instructions on the bottle he reads the label that has him almost skipping around in joy.
'Most used in one use however, if patient is anxiety prone use it in smaller doses. Best used in food or drinks with hot water or another flavour to hide the smell & taste.
