Colin, Sage and I were on the bunny hill and I was getting Sage all set up. I looked at Colin.

"You know you could be helping me..." I said and he came over helping me get Sage set.

"I'm gonna fall!" Sage whined and I shook my head.

"No you won't. You have me and Uncle Colin to teach you. He taught me, he is a good teacher." I said and he smiled down at me where I was crouched in front of Sage. Once we got her all set up I sighed. "You ready?" I asked. She nodded hesitantly and I looked at Colin.

"Take it away Shea!" I said and he laughed shaking his head. I stood off to the side as Colin taught her.

"Ivy!" I heard someone call my name. I turned and saw him...the man who proposed to me and I broke up with.

"Drew...." I said. He came over and hugged me. I didn't accept and quickly got out of his hug.

"What are you doing here?" I asked.

"Mom and dad thought it was a good idea for a ski trip and Loon Mountain is the best place. What are you doing here?" Drew asked.

"Same, here with my family and another family we always took vacations with." I said and he half nodded.

"Auntie Ivy...watch!" I heard Sage yell and I turned to see her go down the hill a little bit.

"There you go! You got it!" I yelled with a smile. I noticed Colin watching me talking to the guy.

"Auntie Ivy?" He asked and I nodded.

"Yeah, she belongs to someone from the other family we are with. I have known her since she was born." I said and he nodded.

"Right..." He said. I just looked at him.

"What was that for?" I asked.

"Well I wouldn't have questioned if you had ever let me meet you family." Drew said.

"Drew, I wanted you to meet everyone but then you kept canceling. Then you just proposed." I said.

"Which you declined!" He said getting aggravated.

"I don't have time for this Drew. I'm here with people." I went to move away from him and he grabbed my arm.

"I'm not done talking to you!" Drew said pulling me back to him making me stumble since I was on my skis.

"Hey!" I heard Colin yell getting out of his ski's and rushing over to us.

"Colin, stop." I said as he reached us but Drew didn't let go.

"Oh this is the famous best friend Colin! You always talked about him. I wouldn't have been surprised if you were fucking him when we were together." Drew said.

"How was that possible?! I was never home!" I said and Drew sighed. I tried getting out of his grip and he wouldn't let go. "Drew, let me go!" I yelled and he didn't move.

"She said let her go!" Colin said and punched Drew. Due to the punch he let me go but I stumbled backwards and fell.

"Colin!" I yelled in shock. He helped me up and then stormed away. I looked at Drew and groaned.

"So I think it's safe to say you are with Colin now." Drew said and I groaned.

"Even if I wasn't with him, he still would have acted that way Drew! You cant treat me like that anymore. I'm not your girlfriend and wont be." I said and looked at Colin as he and Sage were walking to the car with their skis.

"I wanted to talk about us eventually Ivy..." Drew said and I shook my head.

"There is no us Drew. I have moved on. I'm done." I said. I leaned down, unhooked my skis, picked them up and walked away. I made it to the car as Colin was getting in.

"Colin!" I yelled and he stopped. I rushed to the car. "Were you about to leave me?!" I asked pissed off.

"I figured you were tending to his wounds and were going to take care of him." Colin said and I groaned.

"No Colin, I was telling him to leave me alone! I told him I have moved on and no longer his." I said and Colin just shook his head.

"Yeah, okay." Colin said and I groaned.

"Oh for fucks sake Colin! I am with you! I want to be with you! I only want you!" I said pissed off. Before Colin could say or do anything else I grabbed him by his winter coat and passionately kissed him. He was shocked at first at my forcefulness but them gripped my hips, spun me and pinned me against the car and he passionately kissed me back. We forget we were in public until we heard people whopping at the walked by us. We broke apart and smiled. I placed a hand on his check. "I only want you." I said and he smiled. He placed his forehead against mine.

"I'm sorry I became possessive over you. I don't want to lose you." Colin said and I shook my head.

"I like you possessive, it was hot. Just don't walk away next time and think about leaving me." I said and he shook his head.

"Never." Colin said and I smiled at him.

"Can I say though...you punching him was hot...major turn on you going all cave man..." I said and he laughed.

"Caveman? Wow..." Colin said.

"Can we please go back to the cabin now so I can thank you properly?" I asked and he smiled.

"Get in the car Ivy. I'll load your skis." Colin said and I smiled. I quickly got in the car as Colin put my skis on the car. I looked back at Sage and smiled.

"I will bring you skiing tomorrow okay?" I asked her and she nodded.

"I didn't like that guy Auntie Ivy." Sage said and I gave a small smile.

"I didn't either that's why he wont be around anymore." I said. Colin got in the car.

"Let's go back." Colin said.

"Can we have a movie and hot coco date? Just the 3 of us in the basement?" Sage asked Colin and I. We had a tv and the small fireplace. I looked at Colin and even though we had our own plans Colin nodded.

"Of course we can. I'll make the hot coco, you and Ivy pick a movie." Colin said and I smiled.

"Sounds perfect." I said as Colin took my hand and kissed the back of it as he drove.

This is what I wanted, a family...Colin may turn out to be just the guy to give me that.
