Virgil miss Janus and Remus very much but he thinks that they hate him because he left.
Janus was the person that Virgil would go when he was upset or if he was having a panic attack or a anxiety attack.
I believe that Virgil left the dark sides without telling them anything (like sneaking away) because he was afraid that they wouldn't have hated him but that caused more harm than he expected.
Y'all remember the part of "fleeting with social anxiety" when Roman and Virgil were speaking through the microphones and giving Thomas orders and Described what he was doing, yeah so I think they do that with the other sides like they did with Thomas too.
Virgil have plushies of Janus and Remus that he made because he miss them and he haves nightmares so when he does he hugs the plushies pretending to be Janus and Remus that are trying to comfort him.
Virgil owns headphones, the others know that but they don't know that the headphones were a gift from Janus and Remus and thats why he never let anyone touch them.
