<< OFF >>

I woke up feeling better than yesterday. The only weird thing was having a heavy thing resting on stomach. I slowly opened my eyes to find Gun resting his head on my belly. He must've stayed up all night taking care of me.

Suddenly, Tay bursted through the doors. Before he could utter anything, I already shushed him while pointing at the sleeping boy on his stomach. Tay nodded and carefully went in.

"How are you feeling?" He asked softly as he sat on the empty space on my bed.

"Better." I said but my voice is still hoarse.

"You don't sound too good though." he teased.

I could only shush him some more in fear of waking the little guy up.

"You should treat Nong'Gun. He barely slept just so he could take care of you. The moment we arrived he pestered us to try and carry you to the hospital but you were scolding us to just let you rest." He snickered at the memory.

I nodded as I turned to look at the peaceful, sleeping boy.

"Just focus on getting better. P'kwang already called the director to excuse the both of you from today's shoot." Tay said before leaving.

Since lying down the entire day won't do me good, I decided to get up. Carefully, I carried Gun to my bed and let him sleep some more.

After walking around the dorm, I decided to order some food as my great dormmates already ate everything. I watched some tv while waiting for the food to arrive. It has not yet been a long time when a sleepy little boy was dragging himself out of the corridor.

"P'Off, what are you doing here? You should be resting." He said rubbing his eyes sleepily.

"I felt like it'll take me a longer time to recuperate if I'm just lying all day." I explained.

He found his way to sit beside me. "Hungry. Too lazy to cook." he muttered.

"I already ordered us some food. Also, we're excused for the shoot today." I told him.

"I know about the shoot. I was the one who asked P'Kwang. With the rate you were doing last night, I don't think you would be able to work well today." He said. "Thanks for the breakfast."

"It's nothing. Just a little way to thank you for last night." I said.

He nodded then his head found its way on my shoulder. We sat there quietly watching and waiting for our meals to arrive. I became extremely aware of his steady breathing. I guess he fell asleep. Luckily, he woke up by the time the food delivery arrived.

"It must be the food. I'll get it downstairs." He said as he stretched his tiny arms above his head.

"I can help you pick it up." I offered.

"Stay put and recuperate!" He scolded making me return to my seat like a behaved preschooler.

The breakfast has been a quiet meal as Nong wanted me to focus on my food and nothing else. We basically stayed indoors for the rest of the day, simply lounging and ordering our meals.

The following days became much more heectic just so we could make up for my absence. I made sure to work extremely hard just to be able to have fewer NGs.

After the shoot it took a couple of months before the release of the show. It that spare time, we would be holding promotions and I would also be joining the shooting for SOTUS. It was a minor role but a good experience. Gun was also busy with a different show. As our shoots would be on different sides of the city, I won't be able to drive him. He would be the only one from the dorm who would be working alone.
