I waved goodbye to Izuku as he drove away with his mother. He was able to sleep over every other day at my place, since the incident that happened two weeks ago. He made me feel better about myself and cheered me up quite a lot. But he had to leave because my father was coming back. My mother already left a while ago, trusting me to handle being by myself for about half an hour or so. Before I knew it, they were already in the driveway.

I was happy to see my father again, hoping he was fine. But a small part of me was afraid. Afraid of what he thought. Afraid of what he'll do. Will he be different? Will he be mad at me? How badly did I hurt him?

The door opened, making me step back slightly, the first thing I saw was my father's saddened, angered, but also disappointed face. He pushed me to the side, aggressively, going past me up to his room, not saying a word. It hurt me, not physically though, just emotionally. My mother didn't say much either, but she put her hand on my shoulder, showing me, she was not angry or disappointed, however, I could tell she was sad. But I couldn't quite understand why.

Later that night, not eating dinner since no one made any, I could hear yelling coming from my parent's room. It got louder as it continued, so I couldn't fall asleep. I was angry but also worried about why they were yelling at each other. I got out of bed, undone my blanket, and tip-toed over to my door. I opened my door slightly, opening it with a small crack. I then started listening in on the conversation, the argument going back and forth from my mother to my father.

"Kage, this is not how you should deal with this situation-"

"SO, YOU THINK I'M BAD AT PARENTING!?"

"Kage, no, of course not. I'm saying that this type of anger is unnecessary."

"WILL YOU AT LEAST SIGN THEM UP FOR THE TREATMENT? IT NEEDS TWO PARENTAL/GUARDIAN CONSENT SIGNATURES!"

"NO! This is not "treatment", this is the fucking opposite!"

"THEY ARE DANGEROUS-"

"Don't you DARE start calling our child "dangerous" that is not true! You should know that-"

"I DO KNOW THAT! I KNOW WHAT IS BEST FOR THEM AND FOR EVERYONE ELSE! WHY CAN'T YOU AGREE TO THE TREATMENT?!"

"STOP YELLING, AND STOP CALLING IT "TREATMENT"! IT'S SOME SHITTY WAY TO TRAUMATIZE A CHILD!"

I then heard my mom get quiet, with my dad following behind her.

"They're only 10..."

"I know, I just don't want them to end up like him..."

"You knew the risk of your family genetics being passed down; we both took that risk once we were open about our families. I know you're afraid, but this is your child, our child. I don't want a child to go through that."

It was quiet once again; I then heard my dad begin yelling again after some minutes of silence.

"FINE! IF YOU DON'T SIGN THIS, I'LL GET SOMEONE ELSE TO SIGN IT-"

"KAGE! DON'T YOU FUCKING DARE-"

"OH, I FUCKING DARE ALRIGHT! IF YOU WON'T TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY THEN I'LL FIND SOMEONE WHO WILL!"

I then heard someone grab a piece of paper, with someone else doing the same. There then seemed to be a struggle, like they were pulling against a piece of paper, fighting over it. I then heard a long rip, then silence, with a leading slap with it.
