- WILL DO ANYTHING FOR MOMMY -
Eya's POV:
We arrived at our house at five in the afternoon. I could see the sweat on my ate's forehead, halatang kinakabahan. I held her hand as we walked inside the house.
"Maya?" I was startled when mommy suddenly showed up. Why is she up already? She's sick pa.
"Mom? Why are you here? You should be staying in your room" I said and I approached her to give her a cheek kiss. She doesn't have a fever na.
"Anak? You're here! Am I dreaming?" She said, Completely ignoring my presence. I smiled bitterly as I looked at ate Candice. She's looking at me as well.
"Go" I mouthed. She then nodded her head before she approached mommy.
"Tita.. I thought you were sick?" She asked, "I was.. I don't know if until now but I feel like I am not naman na. Galing mag-alaga ni manang e" Mommy replied. I can feel the tears in my eyes, oh God!
"Oh good to know po. Hindi po ako mag-tatagal tita, I just want to know how are you doing" Ate Candice conveyed. Mommy nodded her head.
"Come.. sit here, anak" Mommy said as she pointed to the sofa. So caring, ma. I sat down on the other one. Ate Candice immediately obliged.
"I'm doing good.. I was just thinking about you, I'm worried actually." Mommy answered as soon as she settled herself. I was just looking at them. I can see mommy's hand, caressing hers.
I don't feel jealous, I am happy for mom.
"I'm sorry if you got worried tita, but I'm okay na po. Naka-recover na from the accident. I heard you're not eating properly.. why?" She uttered softly. Uhm, if only I could tell her the reason, I would.
"I thought you'd never talk to me again, I was devastated. I just found yo–" My eyes widened as soon as I heard my mother's answer. I think she's shocked also.
"What do you mean found po?" She curiously asked, mommy can't utter a word. "You two just met yet you are already important to her, to us" I interject. Mommy looked at my eyes, I can say she's thanking me.
"She's right. You are important to me kaya I was so sad and scared at the same time since our last talk." Mommy Irene said. Ate Candice nodded her head.
"You should eat po nang marami na. Pumapayat ka tita. Please take care of yourself po and I am not mad sa inyo ha? I am just scared like what I've said before." She conveyed.
"Yes, sorry about that again." Says, mommy.
"How's Eya doing?" She asked, I am surprised actually.
"S-she is good.. I'm not quite sure" Mommy honestly answered. I looked at ate Candice and shook my head. Telling that she should stop.
"Kung ganon po, I h-have to go na. Mama is still waiting for me tita" She uttered. I saw my mom's eye, it showed sadness.
"Where are you staying at anak? Hatid na kita" Mommy offered. Baka mabinat pa to e.
"We're staying at tita Kara's po and no, thanks. Kakatapos niyo lang po sa sakit tita, I can handle myself po. Thank you" She said as she stood up.
"Ako na maghahatid sa kanya" I said, "You sure?" Ate Candice asked, I nodded.
They finally bid their goodbye's to each other and we made our way out of the house.

Almost 7:00 pm when I arrived at home. I went directly upstairs, in particular to my room, to change my clothes. I'm sure dinner is ready.
I spent a few minutes in my room before I decided to go downstairs.
"Oh tita! You're here!" I exclaimed as soon as I saw tita Imee.
"Cataleya! Come, na miss kita!" She exclaimed as well. I went near her and gave her a cheek kiss and a hug.
"How was everything? How are you?" She asked. Kumusta nga ba ako? Okay lang ba ako? Hindi ko din alam..
"Everything's fine," I answered shortly.
"Dinner is ready ate!" We heard mommy, she's in the dining room already. Since tita Imee is here na ulit, hindi na magiging tahimik ang dinner.
We both went to the dining room and sat down at our designated seats. Mommy was supposed to sit in front of me but she moved one seat, she was sitting in front of tita. I'm sitting next to tita.
"How's mommy? How's Ilocos?" Mommy started a conversation, I'm just listening to them.
"Mommy is alright. Gusto lagi ng chocolate kaya ayun ang sigla sigla" Tita replied. I chuckled softly when I saw mom's reaction..
"What?! You let her have her chocolates? Ate naman!" Mommy exclaimed.
"Ang oa mo! shempre kontrolado padin noh" Tita fought back, she rolled her eyes..
"We're in front of food po.. mamaya na yan" I uttered softly. Mommy didn't glance at me but tita did. They both shut their mouths.
"Eya you look so pale, are you okay?" Tita asked me. Mommy looked at me also.
"Yes tita, I'm fine. Pagod lang po siguro" I said.
"If you feel something different tell us agad ha?" Tita Imee conveyed I just nodded my head and continued my food.
After almost thirty minutes, I'm done. I excused myself and went upstairs. They are still talking about different topics.
I did my evening routine before I hopped on the bed.
I tried to sleep but I just couldn't. I can't stop thinking about mommy. How will our relationship go back to how it used to be?
I decided to go downstairs to get milk. I need it! I don't want to take my sleeping pills.
I was startled when I saw mommy in the kitchen.
"What are you doing here mom?" I asked, she just looked at me and didn't utter a word.
"You're drinking. Why? Ate Candice talked to you already! What's your reason this time? WHAT NOW?!" I'm shocked also with my sudden outburst.
"Eya! Keep your voice down!" She exclaimed. My tears are streaming down..
"Why? Why are you talking now? Punong puno na ako! I already took the blame, I apologized. I brought ate Candice to you! What else do you want me to do?!" I didn't mean to raise my voice. I'm just so tired from this happenings. I'm tired of her behavior.
"Leave me alone, Cataleya. I don't want to hurt you. Please go" She uttered..
"Do you think I am not hurting? Akala mo okay lang sa akin? No! It will never be okay! Why are you doing this to me? Do I deserve this?" I said firmly. She didn't answer me.
"For the record, ako po ang nag-alaga sayo kanina. Pagkatapos kitang alagaan, pinuntahan ko si ate Candice kasi siya yung gusto mo. Siya yung hanap mo kahit ako naman yung nandito. Kahit nasasaktan ako, pinilit kong ibigay kung anong alam kong makapagpapasaya sayo. Hindi ko sinasabi to para manumbat, sinasabi ko para alam mo. Mauna na ako ma" I said as my tears were flowing. I turned my back and walked out of the kitchen. I went back to my room and cried my night out until I fell asleep.
