Jade's POV:
"Hey Heather, do you know a boy called Charlie in Hogwarts.?" I asked. "Oh, uhh, well, there is Charlie Robinson, year 4 . Charlie Adams, year 1, he is adorable. I helped him when Malfoy was picking on him." Yeah, don't think any of them were him.
2 minutes later, Heather jumpes off her seat and clickes her fingers . " I KNOW WHO YOU'RE TAKING ABOUT, CHARLIE BARNES!!" Well, I don't think I need to go looking for him now, Australia could probably hear her.
"Ok, well, do you know where he is right now?" I respond. "Uhhh, I think he is in the library. He always is." She mumbled the last part. "Why?"
"I need to thank him for um.. something." she just nods. Suddenly, I felt a tap on my shoulder ,"Hey Jade, why are you here?" a very familiar voice said. " Hello, moine, I was just talking to Heather about stuff." I reply, sounding polite as possible, but I'm very busy. I don't have time to chat.
"I miss you," moine smiles warmily with a hint of sadness, I return it to her. "I miss you too. Maybe we can hang out some day." "Oh I would love that!" She said with a glimmer of excitement shining in her eye.
"Well....I have to go" I state as I adjust my bag. "Oh, were are you going?" "Libary" "Oh I was on my way, mind if I join you?" I can't turn down Hermione's company. And I do need to spent more time with her.
"Sure, have you finished the book Luna lent you?" I query, attempting to make a conversation. "Yes, the Quibbler is amazing book. Maybe read it sometime, I really think you would enjoy it." I nod as we entre a silence. Not an awkward one, a nice, comfortable silence.
I can always find peace when I am with Hermione, she understands that silence can be the best way to communicate. The sound of our shoes shifting down the halls, I take in the beauty of hogwarts. My home.
