Ah, the world of heroics. Most commonly described as a shitshow. But one man/thing/satan spawn thought otherwise. Nezu, as he was known by his contemporaries was an odd hero. He had emerged from a lab under unknown circumstances years back and everyone wondered how he was meant to be a hero. His prowess was demonstrated when he used a tennis ball to trip up a villain that had evaded the likes of All Might and Best Jeanist.

Nezu was a big fan of chaos, especially when he was the one who controlled it. Be it the yearly sports festival or a student's important exam, he would toy with anything. Despite this, beyond the walls of UA, he didn't often engage in his means of chaos. Upon hearing the news of Kitsune's identity being found, he decided to change that.

Nezu knew, by his insistent complaining, that Aizawa would be the man to talk to. The black-haired teacher was the main man tasked with the capture of Kitsune. Some of his contemporaries even suspected that he intentionally didn't catch the vigilante, purely so he could dodge harder work. Those who voiced their concerns were often bit back at, sometimes by jeers from the very vigilante Aizawa was chasing.

With a skip in his step, Nezu made his way to class 1-A. It was only a few days into the school year, but he knew that Aizawa was having an elevating experience. The heirs of the two strongest heroes, a hotheaded deathmonger with an incredible quirk, two spoilt rich kids, and more edge than anyone could ask for.

Nezu tapped on the door a clean three times, sliding open when he heard the mutters of allowance. From behind the podium, Nezu saw Aizawa appear. His somehow more tired expression couldn't be shaken, despite his need to avoid seeming like a bad teacher.

"Aizawa, A discussion is in order" Nezu announced.

Aizawa didn't say anything, he simply nodded and walked out. The class being left alone was probably a bad idea but duty calls. The two made their way to a nearby office. Thankfully, the offices of UA were noise proofed, because what Nezu would be suggesting, might be seen as treason.

"I heard about what happened yesterday, such a monumental achievement to find out who Kitsune was" Nezu mused. "But before we get into that, Why is Yamada not here today? Is he sick?"

"Hizashi is at home... Kitsune wasn't as much of a lone wolf as we believed." Aizawa replied

"A family member? Friend? Lover?" Nezu questioned

"Younger sister, a seven-year-old girl" Aizawa answered.

"A difficult situation truly. Beyond that, what do you think of Kitsune?" Nezu quizzed

"Why do you care? He's a criminal" Aizawa muttered dully.

"Well, He's a famous criminal and a cunning one. He could easily be hiding somewhere only I could think of" Nezu chirped

"He's wasted potential. He couldn't be older than fifteen, he shouldn't have become a vigilante, he should be in a hero school" Aizawa explained. Despite his exterior, Aizawa had a fire burning beneath him, not that he'd let the rat see.

"I haven't seen you this passionate in a while" Nezu noted "You only seem to care that much about your family"

"Don't mistake this for sympathy, I owe my life numerous times over, to Kitsune."

"Aizawa, don't be so rash, I have no ill will against you or Kitsune. I want to help"

"... You have motives" Aizawa suspected

"Tell me this, an SS-ranked villain attacks UA, do we survive?"

"Depends on the musclehead, so probably not."

"Exactly. You and I both know the power held by the fox. We acquire a defender for three years, The hero commission has their next number one, and Kitsune walks free" Nezu offered
