The air of class 1-A was thick. They had been given the previous four days off to deal with anything the USJ incident may have caused. Weirdly enough, none of the class, not even Hitoshi, had seen Midoriya on any of those days. He had barred himself in his room without a word after returning from the USJ.

Monday morning, a few days after they watched their teacher nearly die and one of their classmates beat something made to kill All Might, class 1-A sat in wait of Midoriya's arrival. When Mr Aizawa entered the class with a few bandages on, the class knew that Midoriya wouldn't be showing up.

Before Mr Aizawa began his debriefing, he ran his eyes throughout the class, stopping once he reached Midoriya's seat. "Where is Mi-"

Mr Aizawa was quickly silenced as the door slammed open. In strode a conflicted Midoriya with his eyes trailed on the door

"You're late" Mr Aizawa grumbled

Midoriya looked like he was about to explode but instead, he simply motioned towards the door. The rest of the class was left in suspense as Mr Aizawa exited the room with Midoriya.

Once beyond the bounds of the classroom, Aizawa spotted red eyes peaking from behind Midoriya's legs

"So, Eri doesn't think I'm safe here... She refused to let me out of her sight" Midoriya explained.

"Don't let her get in the way and I don't care" Mr Aizawa shrugged while going to return to his class.

Only he never made it. Midoriya grabbed him in an iron grip. Aizawa could see the fire burning in Izuku's eyes. A fire he hadn't seen since their last meeting as vigilante and hero.

"Aizawa... Those villains, that thing... I'll have to explain my theory to you and Nezu" He muttered anxiously.

That scared the erasure hero. Aizawa hadn't seen Kitsune worried, ever. Midoirya was almost fearless, jumping in front of bullets, Mutants, and quirks left right and, centre as if they couldn't touch him but the creature that he had beaten while barely using his quirk was sending fear through him.

"Alright. Last period head up to the meeting room. We'll get all the heroes we can to be there" Mr Aizawa offered

"That'll work" Midoriya muttered. "Also Eri, Say hi"

Eri peaked back up from behind Izuku. She was aware of Aizawa but they had never interacted. Eri was scared of the slender raven-esque man. This fear seemed to fade by Aizawa crouching down to Eri's level and offering a hand to her. She reluctantly walked forward and grabbed one of his fingers with her hand

"Hi" She whispered.

"Hello," Aizawa replied before standing back up.

The brothers-in-arms shook their heads at each other as they walked into the classroom.

Everyone stared at Eri and Midoriya as they walked back to Midoriya's seat. Eri hid in the nape of Izuku's neck as he sat down and trained his attention to the top of the class.

"As you can see, we have a guest. Don't be idiots. Also, for the next week, you'll be preparing for the sports festival. All of your" Mr Aizawa announced.

"Also. No matter what I say, none of you are paying attention. Just do whatever" he added while slumping into his sleeping bag.

Eri remained with her face stuck in her older brother as the sound of shuffling surrounded her. She knew she was being caged in by people but her big brother would protect her. He had always done so.

"Aww, she's so cute!" A bubbly voice cooed

Other voices agreed, chirping along with the bubbly voice.

"Who is she?" A new, seemingly hurt voice asked

"This is Eri, She's my sister. She was worried for me so she wouldn't let me leave our room" Midoriya explained.

"I'm... Midoriya, could we talk, in private?" The voice asked.

"Yagi, now really isn't the time" Izuku barked.

"Please! I'm begging you!" 'Yagi' cried

"No"

With that, the class seemed to block out Yagi. None of them noticed her slipping off to the bathroom, her eyes donned in tears. Bakugo left the room behind her, giving Midoriya the stink eye. Everyone was too invested in the wholesome little girl hiding from them to notice them.

The day passed quickly. The lessons weren't particularly hard and most of the teachers were lax due to Eri's presence. Then came final period. Their heroics class. Izuku wasn't particularly pressed about missing the class but he still mentioned it to Hitoshi. The boy was disappointed that he would have no teacher for the class.

Once cementoss entered their class, he announced that they would simply be doing solo training in gym gamma. Midoriya caught the eye of the teacher, motioning towards the door. The blocky hero nodded.

Midoriya quickly made his way towards the nearest conference room. Inside, four teachers awaited. Mr Aizawa, Mr Yamada, Nezu, and All Might.

"Ah, all the heroes you could?" Midoriya questioned as he set Eri down in a chair.

"Funnily enough, they have classes to teach." Mr Aizawa scoffed.

"Neat. Toshinori, please excuse us" Midoriya requested.

All Might stood to protest but the shaking of three heads proved it futile. The skeletal hero trudged out of the meeting room, his head hung low.

"Alright. Business time" Midoriya announced as he sat at the top of the conference room table

"The villains who attacked the USJ. I assume you heard their name?" he questioned

"The league of Villains right?" Yamada asked.

"Bingo. Now they clearly have some massive amount of strength. That creature itself was somewhat annoying to deal with" The green-haired boy complained

"Because you couldn't properly use your quirk" Nezu added

"Still. What I saw when going against it. That thing wasn't human. Maybe in the past, it was but not anymore. Somehow, it had multiple quirks"

The power behind that statement left the room stunned.

"Like Todoroki or...?" Mr Yamada questioned.

"No. full on two separate quirks. Look I'm no licenced scientist but there's only one way I know that a person can get multiple quirks."

"Pray tell, Kitsune, how?"

"You ever heard of All for One? I'm not one hundred percent sure but it's worth being careful with this league of villains."

"That's not good"

"No, it isn't... Midoriya, return to your class, we'll figure out what to do with this" Nezu requested.

Izuku nodded and went to pick up Eri. "Midoriya, let me take Eri back to your dorm, it's not safe for her in the gym" Mr Aizawa requested.

Midoriya raised an eyebrow. Eraserhead was an enigmatic man but Izuku could clearly see that he was plotting something. "Alright, Eri please go with Aizawa. I see you later." Izuku released a beaming smile before ruffling Eri's hair. The girl reluctantly nodded and walked to the black-haired man.

"Stay safe..." Izuku muttered as he left the room.

Izuku had no plans of going to the class. Instead, he chose to head for the roof. He hadn't had much peace and quiet in recent times. Thus Midoriya spent the whole time sitting on the railing, staring out over the city that Kitsune once protected.

Okay so... This chapter was shit but I needed to get it out before I can work on the next one which is much more important. I deeply apologise that I was late and the chapter was short.
