Bonus Chapter

Jungkook proposed to Lisa at a very early stage. The proposal was a huge affair and extremely romantic. Numerous people would talk about it bemusedly for years to come.

However, their official wedding was held after Lisa became famous and had retired.

A year after marriage, they bore the fruit of their love.

While pregnant, Lisa discussed with Jungkook the issue of having a boy or a girl. When talking about a girl, Jungkook planned extensively. From the stage of a baby to a grown child, he ruminated over the clothes, food, living conditions, transport, toys and books needed. He also contemplated how a daughter should be raised, taught and protected....it was rare that he was so engrossed.

After he finished speaking, Lisa tilted her head to one side and asked curiously, "What if it's a son?"

Jungkook startled, "I haven't really thought about it".

Lisa lost her smile.

Luckily, it was indeed a baby princess that graced them with her presence. Lisa nicknamed the baby princess "Lily". After hearing this, Jungkook wiped his sweat furtively. Thankful, it wasn't "Eggy".

As a young child, Lily would sometimes say outrageous things. The deepest impression that Jungkook had of this was when she was two years old. That year's Single's Day, Lisa bought numerous things online. In the following days, Jungkook would be at home helping her to unwrap her pile of items. Sometimes, Lily would observe from the side and pipe up with the occasional question, asking curiously what was what.

Every time, Jungkook would answer the curious baby's questions with patience.

Then, Lily asked yet another question. "Can you really buy anything online?"

"Mm, anything you want". Jungkook nodded.

Lily tilted her head to one side, "Anything I want. Then....Can I buy another daddy?"

Jungkook sweated upon hearing her question. He immediately reflected and tried to recall if he had done anything wrong. Was he not a good father? Lily actually wanted to changed her daddy!

After pondering for a good while, Jungkook was still unable to think of where he could have possibly gone wrong. He looked at her with reproach and asked. "Does Lilly not like daddy?"

"I do, Lily likes daddy".

"Then why do you want to buy another daddy? Is daddy not good enough?"

"Mm, I want to try a different daddy".

"...." This can be tried?

Lily continued, "Anyway, goods can be returned within 7 days without an excuse for the return".

Jungkook put his palm to his forehead when he heard this. "Who did you learn this from?!"

When she got a bit older, Lily became more and more mischievous. Jungkook felt that it was more appropriate to nickname her "Naughty" instead.

Sometimes when Jungkook could not stand her rowdiness, he would say, "Look at other people's kids".

Lily would reply, "Look at other people's daddy".

Lisa stood at the side, her lips quirked.

What made Jungkook puzzled was that Lilly dared to retort him but not Lisa. In fact, Lily often attempted to please Lisa and acted extremely obedient in front of her. Could it be that this child know who the person on top pf the food chain was?
