A CRUSH AND A JEGULUS FIGHT?!?! DAMN!!

Phoenix's P.O.V

It's the next morning and my best friend Rose texted me asking if she could come over. I said yes after asking my parents. The thing with rose is that when she's around I can't sit still or focus idk why its been hard to understand but it's gotten better over the years. She just got here and I'm running to get the door

'NIXIEEEE!!!!'

'ROSIEEEE!!'

'Hey what's up? How've you been? Is muggle school ok? I bet it's boring Wow you look so good today!!'

'Ok ok slow down girl let's head up to my room then we can chat ok?'

'Yea yea ofc'

We got to my room and I just laid on my bed than fell to the floor I stared at the ceiling for a second than we both started cracking up and then rose fell too we got up stared at each-other for a minute than started cracking up even more. It was like 10 minutes later when we started reading, chatting and just catching up.

"PUP?"

"YEA DAD"

"Moony and I are gonna go out. Do you guys wanna come?"

'um..'

I look over at Rose and ask her if she wants to, she says sure and I yell down that we'll come. Rose grabs her backpack she brought and I get changed and grab my bag and pack it with everything I need then head down to meet them. I notice that Moony has his air-pods in he usually wears them when he has really bad anxiety. That's something Moony and I have in common. When we got to the store Moony and I put our air-pods in only one though but still. I was walking around with my bag that had the bi flag on it, A lady came up to me and asked why i had that sticker on there.

'Oh cause that's my sexuality'

'Are you sure, young lady?'

'Yes ma'am'

'Your confused maybe you should ask your parents to help you or seek out therapy'

I could see that my dad was approaching but before he got there I said

'Ma'am with all due respect your ignorance and "advice" won't work if your trying to tell me that the lgbtq+ community is full of sinners or just people that are so called "confused'' than just quit while you're ahead cause I'm never changing who I am for anyone ok so mind your own business and run along now, ok? Please and thank you'

'So rude ugh'

I turned to face Sirius and he looked proud and surprised cause apparently I'm not the kind of person to put people in their places which is so not true whatsoever but it's whatever.

We got home and I decided to tell moony and pads about my counselling at muggle school and the therapy my muggle parents take me to. All of it was mostly highs and a couple lows but i always got past them and well it was the best conversation ever than i heard the front door open so i ran to find out who it was, It was the 4 best people ever, Aunty Lily, Mary and Uncle Regulus, James. Harry and Draco came too, along with Albus, James and Lily plus Scorpious. Me and al are like best friends

'hey lil, James. Hi aunt Lily and Aunt mary. REGGIEEEEE, oh hi james REGGGG HI CAN WE HANG TODAY?'

'yea sure do you wanna go out or stay home?'

'um out can rose and al come too? PLEASEEEEE????'

'that's up to Harry, Draco and its up to rose if she wants to come'

'Harry PLEASEEE im ur fav cousin please just this once'

James walks over to Remus and Sirius feeling really offended and he opened his mouth to say something to sirius

'Did they really just offend me like that wow honestly and I thought Teddy was bad. Speaking of Teddy, where is he?'

'oh yea, TEDDY GET YOUR ASS DOWN HERE OR I SWEAR I WILL TELL JAMES YOUR LITTLE SECRET!!!'

'DON'T YOU DARE, I'M COMING chill'

'heh knew that would work'

'Shut It, ok?'

Regulus asked, we agreed and headed off. Reggie drove on his broom, I drove on dads motorbike and yes i have a license. So while riding, I noticed something different about Reg He seemed more tired and upset. WAIT I JUST REMEMBERED When Reggie and James came outta their room we had at our place Reg seemed off. He seemed upset and taken aback and frightened and terrified idk why but he looked really scared, He was sweating, had tears in his eyes and looked like he was about to break down in tears. It looked like they were fighting idk why but it had to be about something. I'll just ignore it though I'll ask him later.

We got to the store and we all were just walking around like usual i had my Air-pods in so did reg

'Hey Uncle Reggie?'

'yea whats up'

'um when you and Prongs came outta your guys's room. Why did it look like you were fighting before that cause i saw tears coming down from your eyes. I'm not trying to assume anything i just wanna make sure that ur ok.'

He stayed silent for about 5 minutes while we grabbed some things for our picnic. When we got there we laid down the blankets and pillows, we put the food on the blanket with the candy and everything. we all sat down and we all just hung out and reg sat on the blanket reading and stuff and the others were running around having fun.

30 MINUTES LATER

'Hey, are you ready to talk about it?'

'talk about what?'

'what happened earlier, dummy'

'oh right'

'so um.. idk how to explain it but i um James was asking me why i was hanging with Barty yesterday after...that...and i explained that i didn't wanna be there but dora and Evan were there so i stayed cause i didn't wanna leave them both and James started saying that it was a stupid excuse like I tried to explain that like i had remembered that Barty was like spamming me saying things like 'c'mon it'll be fun' or like 'If you don't come i will rape ur ass again' and that frightened me so i just went i didn't wanna relive that horrible experience and during the fight i was telling him what he was telling me but he wasn't believing me so than he um kinda hit me and than he realised what he had done so he tried apologising after but i told him to piss off and leave me alone so i kinda just ran out crying and i saw you looking so i immediately wiped my eyes out of fright that you might think that James was like hurting me like in a really negative way or something, idk. Don't be mad please. He didn't mean it, he was just worried abt me. Please don't be mad, please?'

I sighed, stayed silent for a minute than

'ok, I'm not mad just promise me that if i see him ever you will make sure i don't commit murder, k?'

We sat there for a bit. I just read my book and Reggie read his.I looked up and saw someone that I've been wanting to kill so bad his name was

'BARTY???!!!'
