That memorable night

We got to the lake, and when we parked, I hopped out and took off my shirt. I noticed Cher staring. I went to the cliff and jumped off, she called after me and jumped in. She landed and splashed me, I screamed and laughed, She swam up and came over to me, putting her arms on my shoulders. She kissed me, and I put my hands in her hair, kissing her back. We let go and I swam back and splashed her. She looked annoyed, then splashed me back, I laughed and pulled her under the water.

 I held her, tight, I looked into her eyes, she looked into mine. 'I love her' I thought to myself. She held me tight, smiling at me. She swam to the surface, I followed her, she was coughing, I held her hand, She smiled at me, resting her head on my shoulder. I smiled back, completely dazed by her, her eyes, her hair, her smile, her a tad bit crooked nose, i loved all her imperfections, all of them, she was gorgeous to me in every way possible, from her personality and all her lovely hobbies, to her just her, 'she is the best thing that has ever happened to me' i thought to myself.

It was getting late so, we dried ourselves off and changed into dry clothes, jumped in the car and drove off. We didn't know where we were going, but it was somewhere. To be honest, i didn't care where we were going, if i was with her, i was overjoyed and happy and excited. I asked Cher if we could get ice cream, she said sure so we drove to the closet ice cream palor, we got there and  I realised that this was where Rose worked, i started getting nervous, but realised i was with Cherline, so i would be fine. We got out the car, and we walked to the entrance. We got to the counter, i looked up and saw Rose.

ROSE P.O.V

I heard the store bell ring, i looked up to see who was here, i saw Them, I saw phoenix, right next to them I saw Her, that girl that was with her, that girl that i wanted to punch, and kill so bad, Phoenix was mine and i wasn't letting anyone get in the way of us. They got to the counter, I looked at Phoenix smiling, I didn't even glimpse at Cherline, who does she think she is, stealing My girl. They order their ice creams, nixxie mentioned that cherline was allergic to nuts so not to put any on, i thought to myself 'allergic to nuts huh' i went to make their ice-creams, nixxie wanted their usual, mint choclate, they've liked that for years, its never changed, cherline wanted a vanilla with strawberry drizzle, i put one scoop of vanilla, nuts on top, than another scoop of vanilla with the strawberry drizzle, i gave them their ice-creams, i watched from afar, as they ate them

CHERLINE P.O.V

I took a bit of the ice cream, smiling at nixxie, I look at the ice-cream, and realise theres nuts, i start panicking, scared I look at nixxie, with terror and fear on my face. They ask me whats wrong

'n-nixxie, theres n-nuts in the ice-cream'

'WHAT?' 

PHOENIX P.O.V

I look at her, terrified, i turn to face rose, i look at her standing up 

"ROSE, AMBULANCE NOW"

Rose looks at me shocked, grabs the phone and dials the number, a few minutes later the ambulance shows up and takes cherline, they let me stay with her, we get to the hospital and i have to stay in the waiting room. Rose tries calming me down but i start to yell at her

'THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT, I TOLD YOU NO NUTS BUT NO, YOU PUT THE NUTS IN, DO YOU HATE HER THAT MUCH THAT YOU HAD TO TRY AND KILL HER, IS THAT WHAT IT IS, CAUSE THIS JEALOUS LITTLE FRAGILE, DADDYS FAVOURITE ACT IS STRAIGHT UP BULLSHIT.'

' NIXXIE I DIDN'T DO IT, I SWEAR, IT PROBABLY FELL IN THERE BY ACCIDENT, I WASN'T INTENDING TO KILL HER, AND ME A DADDYS GIRL, YOUR THE BIGGEST DADDYS FAVOURITE EVER, YOUR LITERALLY THE MOST SPOILT BITCH EVER, HONESTLY, GROW UP, SHE'LL BE FINE'

one of the nurses asked us to keep it down, so i walked off to sit down, but rose wouldn't stop, she was constantly yelling, even after the nurse told her to be quiet, after three times of the nurse telling her to shut up, the police walk in, they walk over to rose

'Rose Weasley, your charged for attempted murder for Cherline Diaz, you have the right to remain silent, anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law, you have the right to attorney, however if not attainable, one will be provided to you'

I looked at them, i was so happy, Rose was finally getting what she deserverd, she walked off saying how it wasn't her and that she was framed, and all that bullshit. I felt relieved that i wouldn't have to deal with her bullshit any longer, the nurse came over to me telling me i could see cher now. I followed the nurse and saw cher, my eyes starting watering, i started crying, she looked over at me and told me to come over, i went over, she sat up and smiled at me

'I'll be ok, my love. I promise'

'ok, its just i can't believe she would do that, but enough about her, im gonna be with you everyday now, Ok? i don't want that happening again, ok?'
