"Remind me when Franky managed to steal these suits?"
"Well he said they might come in handy, and right now they are."
A trio of Straw Hats casually strolled down a noisy street of bustling people engaged in their own conversations glazed over by the ambiance of bells and music. Their shoes clicked down a road of white stone lined with lush topiaries and elegant street lamps. Rainbows of flashing bright lights illuminated the night.
Nami and Robin, accompanied by Sanji, kept their heads down keeping their attention off of anyone passing by. The ladies wore their hair neatly up inside a hat with the bold word "Marines" written in blue across the front. Fake facial hair was drawn on them with crude black marker.
"I don't understand why you ladies need to hide your beauty when we have more than enough actual men on the ship...this is just too cruel." Sanji hung his head down in despair at the sight of Nami and Robin dressed as Marine men.
"I'm not liking this much more than you do!" Nami spat in a whisper over to Sanji. "The sooner we get this job done the sooner I can take off this dumb suit. It doesn't fit me in the slightest, who honestly is buying this?"
"Apparently most do." Robin chuckled. "No one has stopped us yet."
"I guess..." Nami sighed. "I guess no one else on the ship could pull this off without looking too suspicious. Luffy would blow it in a second, Zoro is injured and would get lost anyway, Chopper can't hide the fact he isn't human, Brook is a damn skeleton, Usopp was too chicken to get off the ship, and Franky doesn't wear any pants." She growled in anger realizing the ridiculousness of her crew.
"Which just leaves us," Robin stated. "Just like you said: the faster we get what we need the sooner we can go back to the Shark Submerge (the crew's trusty submarine) and leave."
"And the sooner I don't have to be haunted by this image anymore..." Sanji mumbled to himself. He couldn't stand the sight of two beautiful women dressed as such lousy men. It was just too insulting to their beauty. Just remember, they are still Nami and Robin under those clothes. ...under those clothes... He thought, Sanji's face started giving off hot pervy steam, but then snapped back into reality remembering he can't give away his identity. He must protect the two women. Stay strong. He kept in his thoughts, trying to keep his composure.
"Sanji, you're lucky you don't need to wear such goofy clothes..." Nami was right, Sanji got to wear his normal black blazer and slacks, with just the added accessory of a tie, as well as a similar marine's cap. "Now, Sanji, go stock up on food while Robin and I find Chopper's equipment--"
"Not a chance am I leaving you ladies wandering a place like this on your own." Sanji objected "I will not stand for anything happening to you on such a dangerous island." He protested proudly, his arms crossed in stubbornness. He wasn't about to let anything happen to the maidens under his watch. He couldn't call himself a man if something like that were to happen.
Nami rolled her eyes. "We'll be fine, don't worry. If anything happens, Robin can protect us just like she said."
"Yes, I say I do a good job of handling things with a low profile. It's better we do things efficiently so we don't have to spend any extra time on a marine post, don't you agree?" Robin gestured in agreement, but not so much did the blonde princely cook.
"No, I do not! I don't care how long we stay here as long as I get be around to protect you--"
Sanji was suddenly kicked in the shin. The sharp pain shot up through his body into a scream, but Robin covered his mouth in time with the aid of her devil fruit powers before he could utter a noise.
"Shut up!!" Nami spat in a whisper. "You're gonna do the opposite of protecting us if you keep raising your voice like that. Now just go get the food, and we'll meet you back at the submarine."
Sanji's eyes lit up in adoration for Nami's seriousness and toughness. "Yes, Nami-swan! You're so cute when you're serious!" He wiggled off and away from the girls into the glimmering city.
"Phew...now let's go find a pharmacy."

Sanji paced through the city, cigarette in hand. With Nami and Robin out of his vision, he had an opportunity to finally take in the sights. For such a small island, it sure had some amazing business. Building after building he walked by shone obnoxiously at him, flashing signs advertising what they had to offer right in his face. He couldn't believe such a place was a marine base. Seemed more like a vacation getaway.
"Sheesh...this is ridiculous..." He muttered while trying to navigate through the hoards of people moving through the narrow streets. He realized he had to stop just to get a baring of his surroundings. "Get Lucky Casino", "Ocean Wave Hotel", "Spirits and Cigars", and "The Man Cave". It felt like the more he looked around, the cruder the businesses got. Were there really only Casinos and Hotels? Really? "Where on earth does someone get some food?"
Sanji could see that there were plenty of restaurants, cafes, and diners to eat at, but no sight of any actual produce market. He didn't want to risk talking to anyone for directions, so he decided to keep on wandering until he caught sight of any grocer. Sighing out smoke from his breath, he carried on into the city with hands in his pockets and his cigarette perched in his mouth.
Eventually, Sanji rounded a corner and found a clearing away from the noise. He thought, "Finally, somewhere I can actually think clearly." Catching a couple of breaths, the cook was ready to keep going...when something captured his attention.
"The most beautiful maidens on the Grand Line!" A sign printed on the wall of a grand building beckoned Sanji. His glassy blue eyes widened. His chest felt like it was about to burst open from excitement his heart was beating so fast. This big and bold building in front of him was lavish and glimmering in the night, reflecting in his heart-shaped eyes like stars.
"The Tiger Lily..."
