So much has happened within the past few weeks.

Ever since Yuri was told who her father is, things have been different.

Not in a bad way.

You just can't believe how fast everything has been moving.

You and Ran share a room now and you two moved Yuri into your old room since it was already bigger than her old room.

You thought Yuri's old room was big enough but Ran felt she deserved more.

You didn't argue.

You couldn't help but melt at how Ran acts to his little girl.

Ran would help you get Yuri ready in the morning so he can spend some time with her before he has to take her to school and head to 'work'.

There are times that he'd be gone all day, or even weeks.

And there are times that he takes time off so he can be with you and Yuri.

But he would always call when he is away.

As promised.

He never left you two alone.

And you're happy he's keeping his promise.

Yet at the same time you can't help but feel bad for Ran.

He has tried to stabilize both his brother AND his family so there have been times that he wouldn't even see Rindou.

Rindou does stop by once every so often but you still can't help but notice how little they spend time together.

So when Ran tells you that he'll be home alittle late, you don't complain.

You know Ran wouldn't betray you so you let him spend time with his brother.

Although it does bother you that Ran sometimes drinks to a point that Rindou has to carry his brother to bed.

Ran doesn't get TOO drunk that he pukes but still enough that he slurs when he speaks.

You have spoken to Ran about trying to tone it down a bit, mostly because you don't want Yuri to see him like this.

He understands.

But he doesn't listen.

Which didn't surprise you...

But at least he comes home at a time he KNOWS Yuri is sleeping to spare her the sight.

But still...

You wondered how much longer before he decides to just STOP.

But that aside, you're happy.

You have a family again and you're finally living a peaceful life.

The life that you have always dreamed of ever since you started working in shackles.

And because of how your previous employer had treated you, Ran felt that you had suffered enough and he just wants you to stay home and take care of Yuri.
