Alright, a little bit of recap so I won't get overwhelmed. Unfortunately, I have to do this way more often than you'd think because of work. I don't like it, I don't mind it, but I don't think I'll stop anytime soon. I know I'm a walking paradox.
I'm kinda glad this happened too. Things were going down hill pretty quickly and on multiple occasions I've been told to consider just dropping out or changing majors. Honestly, I don't see a future for myself outside of entertainment since I'm not good at most things. I kind of fail at being anything other than a screwup... okay, maybe I do need a therapist.
"Are you okay?" Lilac said before I turned my attention towards her. I abandoned my previous thoughts so I wouldn't depress myself. "You've been quite for a majority of the walk." I offered a kind smile to reassure her.
"I'm fine. I'm just a bit quieter than what you saw earlier." I responded as politely as possible before looking forward again. "I'm usually not as perceptive or when I just wake up. Considering that I'm incredibly oblivious, that's not saying much."
"We're almost at my treehouse anyway so we'll have some time to figure this out later." I nodded before a thought crossed my mind.
"It might be a good idea for me to go first." I could see a large tree with a light brown blob on top.
"What do you... oooooh. Okay, but I think that I should go first since Carol might be there too. I'd like to avoid complicated situations." I may or may not have forgotten about Carol. Her campaign infuriated me so I stopped at the Brevon ship boss.
"You mean how it could be miss interpreted that we had sex?" Come on, you can't expect me not to mess with someone. Perfect window of opportunity.
"Why am I already regretting this?" I laughed at that, my evil intentions were about to be foiled!
"LILAC!!!" A youngish voice yelled, causing us to jump from the sudden and loud addition.
"HOLY... LOUD/CAROL WHY!!!!" How the fuck is someone so loud!?!
"Where have you been... Oh, I see." Yup, she was right; I don't have too see her clearly to see the smugness.
"It's not like that!" I didn't have the same shock like Lilac since today has been going this way, I'm pretty numb right now.
"Then why are you dressed like that~?" Carol asked while Lilac went quiet. I sighed and took a step forward to the person or cat in this case.
"She appeared in my bed at some point. I have no clue how she did and neither did my family, so we thought that we'd help her. Then we appeared here... somehow." My voice held no emotion as I gave my explanation.
"That explains nothing about what happened." Carol said, unamused.
"Tuff shit. I'm still a virgin and if we did that, what makes you think we'd tell you?" Silence washed over us as I stood where I was.
"Y-yeah, that makes sense... I guess." Carol backed down and I finally relaxed after all that happened.
"Thank you, unfortunately, I don't have my glasses and my eyesight got worse, if you don't mind, can y'all guide me for a bit?" Words weren't exchanged, but a hand grabbed my wrist and pulled me forward.
"Lilac! Why are you helping him?! So far, he's done nothing but give a vague explanation and ridicule!" I'm with Carol on this one, or maybe I just hit that point of 'done' where I no longer care.
"He willingly helped me when he had no obligation to. He even agreed to watch over me before he was sent here with me." Ah, so she feels obligated to help me after what happened on Earth.

FanficThere's nothing special about me. I'm not very strong, fast, or brave so I don't see how I can help. They gave me so much, but I can't return the same kindness they showed me. I can't explain why they keep me around with all that I lack. Maybe it's...
