Quince, a mafia boss, was about to get the news of his life.
"What do you mean he's in labor?!" He yells as he gets into his car and rides to the hospital
"How long ago did this happen?" Quince asks one of his apperentices
"Uh, according to Zeke himself, he's been in labor for 5 hours now" He says, which makes Quince drive faster
He got to the hospital and just barged into Zeke's room
"Quince! Thank God you made it, I though you were busy with other things and you wouldn't be able to make it" Zeke says
"Nonsense! I wouldn't have missed our sons birth for the world" Quince says as he grabs Zeke's hand
A doctor walks in, she looks confused on who everyone is
"I'm doctor Larc and I assume you are his husband?" She says as she puts out her hand
"Indeed I am, nice to meet you doc" Quince says shaking her hand
"I just came in to check how dialated you are" She says as she looks under the blanket thing
"Only three centimeters I'm afraid Mr. Astral" Dr. Larc says
"Only three? I've been here for 8 hours?" Zeke says
"I'm afraid that's how your body works Mr. Astral" She says
"Fuck! It hurts" Zeke yells
"Baby, we know it hurts, you gotta push through" Quince says trying to calm Zeke down
A few hours after that Dr. Larc comes back into the room
"You here to check again?" Quince asks
"Indeed I am" She says as she looks under the blanket thing again
"Oh, you are nine centimeters already, and it's only been 4 hours since the last check" Dr. Larc says
"How much longer?" Zeke asks in pain
"Maybe 3-4 more, and that's if your water breaks" Dr. Larc says
"Am I able to get an epiderial?" Zeke asks
"Of course!" Dr. Larc says
Zeke decides to get an epiderial, which makes him feel a lot better
"Why is Oliver outside the door Quince?" Zeke asks
"I asked him to, and plus it's kinda also for protection" Quince says
"Ok, I guess that makes sense" Zeke says
Zeke's water had broken the moment the doctor came back to check
"I-I have the urge to push" Zeke says as Dr. Larc nods, along with some nurses
"Than push on your next contraction" Dr. Larc says
Oh! Oh!" Zeke screams as he pushes
After pushing for a while he getss news
"He's crowning" Dr. Larc says
Zeke keeps pushing, and squeezing Quince's hand
"Just a few more pushes!" A nurse says as Zeke pushes more
Zeke lets out more and more painful moans and groans
Zeke pushes with all his might, and then feels a relief
Their son slids out and into Dr. Larcs arms
He's a very loud baby, he's crying
"Good job Mr. Astral...." A nurse says as she hands the baby to Zeke
"Oh, he's beautiful" Zeke says as he holds his newly born son in his arms
"Good job honey..." Quince says as he kisses Zeke on the forehead
