"Let's just hope she doesn't start to remember the bad ones before she starts to remember the good ones."
HICCUP POV
"What did you do to me?" Elsa asks. I frown."What do you mean?" I ask her. I wonder what Pitch did to her. What kind of memory did he fake?
Elsa starts to struggle out of my arms and I put her down. "You know what I'm talking about! After you drank that...that...alcohol!" she yells.
Alcohol? "Elsa, I'll tell you something." I say. "There is only beer, which hardly contains alcohol since it's hard to get by."
Elsa raised one of her eyebrows. "But why did you get drunk and...b-" she stopped and started crying. "Please just tell me why you did that..."
"Elsa...what do you 'remember'?" I ask.
"Y-you were drunk and then you started beating me and I-I think y-you were going to..." Elsa stops and bites her lip. She doesn't want to say it.
But she doesn't need to. That bastard tried to make her think that I raped her?! I'm really gonna destroy him.
I hold her hands. "Elsa, I promise you; I never did. Pitch must've planted fake memories." I say. She looks into my eyes and I wipe away her tears.
"And you're telling me the truth?" Elsa asks.
"I swear on my life." I say.
Elsa smiled. I gave her a tight hug, in which she melted. We break apart, and Elsa looks at Anna.
Anna smiled at her, but it faded.
"Elsa, do you know why Pitch kidnapped you?" she asked.Elsa looked up as she raised her eyebrows, as if she's thinking really hard. Then she shook her head. "I'm sorry."
Anna shrugged. "I just hope Tooth finds her memories soon." she told me.
I looked behind me and saw Jack thinking. His expression changed as if he knew something. I slightly glared at him. What was he hiding?
"Hey, Hic?" Elsa said.
I turn my head to her. "Hm?"
"Come..." she said, walking away. I followed her and Toothless was sleeping on the deck. Elsa leaned against the edge of the ship.
"You're immortal?" she asked, which took me by surprise.
"Who told you?"
"Jack. Just before he-" she stopped in mid-sentence. I raise both my eyebrows.
"Before he what?" I asked curiously.
She shook her head. "Never mind that. But something tells me that you are or were up to something."
"I assure you; I have no idea what you're talking about." I said. I mentally slapped myself. I really have no idea, but the way I said it wasn't exactly very believeable.
Elsa just nodded her head slowly and then she frowned and held her head. I walk over to her and hold her in my arms. "You okay?" I ask.
Elsa shakes her head. "The memories...hurt..." she said. I frown. Is she remembering, or is she getting fake ones again?
"What do you remember?" I ask her.
"A-a girl...blue nightgown...curls..." she said. That sounded like Wendy!
"What else?" I ask.
ELSA POV
Ugh, now I wish I didn't have to remember. It hurts!I also remember something else...
°~flashback~°
"Time for your training. But before you do, let me introduce you to someone, or more like a something."I frown as a figure appears from the shadows.
It's a girl with light-brown/dark-blonde hair, with a blue bow in it. She has those twirls in it. She has blue eyes and a blue...nightgown?
I've seen her before...
Wait! She looks like that doll!
"You've met her before, only she was smaller and didn't move. Wendy." Pitch says.
°~end of flashback~°What doll? No, wait; I don't want to know. I don't want to remember! Not now.
"Wendy..." I say, groaning.
"Okay Elsa, stop. You're trying to remember too much." Hiccup says. I smile at him.
He helps me walk towards a room and he lays me on the bed. "Rest, Elsa." he says. In his eyes I see...love? I see in his eyes that he wants to hug me. I slightly blush. I must've mean a lot to him. Right?
He sighs and starts to walk away when I grabbed his wrist. He turned around with a puzzled expression.
"Thanks, Hiccup." I say.
"For what?"
"For caring for me. Being such a good friend." I say, smiling. Why did the word friend sound...weird? He looks down.
"Of course, Elsa." he says, a tone of sadness in his voice. Sad...or dissapointed.
I let go of his wrist and he leaves. I close my eyes, letting the slumber take over me.
HICCUP POV
I felt a pain in my chest when she said friend.I wanted to be more.
I had to resist the urge to kiss her. But she still sees me as a stranger. Sorry, I mean she sees me just as a friend.
Tears formed into my eyes, but I refused to let it out.I need the old Elsa back. Everyone does. I walk over to Anna and Kristoff, who had pink cheeks. I smirked. I guess they were flirting with eachother.
"How is she-" Anna began, but she must have seen my eyes sparkling (and not in a positive way). "Scratch that. What happened?"
She put a hand on my arm and put on a comforting smile.
"I need the old Elsa back." I said, looking down. "She sees me as...well, just a friend."
"That must've hurt." Anna mumbles. "But Tooth will find her memories...I just hope she'll hurry up because is she still getting fake memories?"I shook my head. "Not that I know of. She got a headache of trying to remember but she did remember Wendy." I said.
"Let's just hope she doesn't start to remember the bad ones before she starts to remember the good ones." Anna said.
