|Past, Present, & Future|

Groaning. 

That is all that Peter could hear. However, it wasn't just Mac, who he had just been with before everything went black, there were multiple, some of which seemed familiar.

Opening his eyes confirmed what he already knew; he wasn't home, he wasn't alone with his brother, and strangely enough for the first time in the past few weeks, his senses had calmed. Looking around, he watched as multiple people stood up from where, like him, had been positioned on the ground. 

Tony Stark, known to the world as a billionaire, playboy, philanthropist, and most importantly Iron Man, was one of Peter's heroes for the majority of his life, which Tony himself did not know until he wasn't. He had learned the somewhat heartbreaking truth, that no matter how cool, heroic, and invincible Tony seemed to be, he was still human. Someone capable of making mistakes, mind you some that were a little bigger than what was in the realm of normal, someone who wasn't always as strong or honest as one appeared to be, and someone who wasn't always courteous, which he had learned the hard way.

Happy Hogan and James Rhodes, Tony's best friends, and confidants, at various degrees were slightly more approachable than their aforementioned friend. 

Pepper Potts, the backbone and strength of Stark Industries and Tony Stark himself. She, a hero in own her right, but not always acknowledged, even after putting up and taking care of Tony for years as his assistant.

Steve Rogers, a hero turned criminal by ironically going against his country to protect his best friend. To most, viewed as strength and a protector, even though he himself does not the strength to move on from his past and protect himself from the guilt of the decisions he made.

Bucky Barnes, a soldier turned minion of an organization he had fought to eradicate. A monster, whose actions for decades had not been of his own free will and when finally released from his cage, is presented with the ramification of his previous deeds. A person who was tired of fighting only to find himself in battle with a member of his past to create a future in which he could live in peace.

Sam Wilson, a grieving and selfless veteran, watched his best friend die before his eyes, only to turn around to help others overcome the lasting fear and horrors they witnessed and performed to protect their country. If he only had known that by helping a known stranger defeat an entity from his past, he would find himself as a future member and a friend of a team that would further safeguard the world from the unknown.

Natasha Romanoff, a child turned assassin, who like Bucky Barnes, had a past to she could not control, until she was given a chance. Determined to wipe red off of her ledger, she became an Avenger in hopes to become the opposite of what she once was to become someone she could and wanted to be. A protector, a friend, and someone she could look into the mirror and smile at.

Clint Barton, a spy who had set off to create a world that was a better place for his family, so that they would not have to live in fear of extreme dangers that could have torn the world apart. Who, unlike his fellow teammates, has no extraordinary gifts other than extreme accuracy and will to accomplish his goals. 

Wanda Maximoff, a person once riddled with anger alongside her brother, had set off on a mission to get revenge for the child she once was for a family that was no more. Filled with information thought to be accurate, they aligned themselves with an organization with a history marked with death, in hopes to become someone strong enough to carry out the wrathful goals. Only to find themselves pawns of a power play and their worlds flipped upside down. Given a chance to see the world through a clear view rather than the fogged one they once had seen, they fight beside the former enemies turned acquaintances to protect what they sought to destroy. They should have known that actions had consequences as they were once taught as children, and for them, that meant losing their other half.
