If he was my moon
I wonder what would you be
The scorching sun
Or the distant stars
He was my illusions
He made delusions
Gave me dreams of happiness
That only turn into nightmares
As they vanish from my hands
And so I wish you could be my sun
Although we will burn
It will be magnificent to fill the warm
You would provide
Until we turn into ashes
So maybe the distance stars would be better
Although we won't touch
At least I will see you from afar
A guide in the dark
An unreachable light
That will give me hope in dark times
But once sunlight comes
You will be gone
And I will be alone
All alone again
