Chapter 31 -
I looked at the clock on the wall in the kitchen. "Bryli, it's 7:45. We need to get to school," I told her. She left the kitchen and I followed her; leaving Mrs. Roberts and Stephen in the behind. We ran up the stairs in her room.
"I'm so sorry that you and your mom are fighting because of me," I apologize as Bryli began to undress in front of me. She threw on a grey sweatshirt that had eyes and a mustache on it and pulled on some black skinny jeans.
"It's not your fault babe," she said as she put her hair into a poiny tail, "my mom is just being unfair."
"How so?" She put on her red Converse all stars, grabbed her backpack and we ran down the stairs. She didn't bother to tell her mom or brother goodbye as we darted out the front door.
"She would never get mad at Cam when he let girls sleep over," Bryli told me. I had no clue what time it was now, but I knew it was close to the time that school started.
"Bryli, hop on my back," I said. So she did. I tried to walk as fast as I could to get school.
"We're going to be late," I said. I heard Bryli quietly sigh.
"At least I get to be late to school with you," she told me.

Bryli's POV:
I hopped down from Niall's back when we reached the school parking lot. I didn't see any paparazzi anywhere; that was a good sign. Niall and I ran up to the doors of the school and entered. I looked at the clock on the wall in the entryway. It read 8:00.
"I sure hope Mr. Fisher isn't too strict on students being late to class," I said. And oh boy did I wish I could take those words back. Mr. Fisher was furious to see Niall and I stroll into Home EC seven minutes late.
"Take your seats now!" Mr. Fisher ordered. We sat at the same table as yesterday. I just knew this day was going to get more and more worse. I didn't see the other boys in this class like they said they would be. Maybe they just meant the classes they weren't already in with me to begin with. I laid my head on the table for just a second...
"Bryli Roberts! This is no time for sleeping!" Mr. Fisher yelled. My head shot up and saw Mr. Fisher standing in front of the table. He was holding a bowl in his hands; he slammed it down on the table and I flinched.
"The next time I catch you truants coming into class late, you'll have a ticket straight to the principal's office," he said to Niall and I. He then walked to the front of the classroom to sit at his desk. He was staring at Niall and I for the longest time before telling the class we could converse amongst ourselves.
"Hey Bryli," I heard a voice from behind me say. So I turned around to see a girl in a blue tank top and black jean shorts.
"Yeah?" I asked.
"So is it true that you are dating Niall?" I gave her a disgusted look at first but then I realized, she just wanted to know. It really couldn't hurt anybody. Could it? Oh how I wish I never told that girl yes.
