We are watching from above Mrs. Weems' speech for Parents' Weekend with Xavier. Since last week it was going much better between us, I learned that Bianca knew about Xavier and me and that she had left us alone on purpose last weekend.

"There is my family" I pointed discreetly to the gang of undisciplined boys accompanied by my two parents.

" Really atypical " he laughed a little with his elbows against the fence.

I was at his side, my body against his, watching my mother in the distance, but I was stupid to think that she wouldn't have known anything, she always knew everything. She smelled me from downstairs and glanced at me, I moved away from Xavier directly.

"She saw me, I have to go" I said embarrassed as I started to back away.

"In your dreams" I laughed turning around and joining Enid next to Wednesday. I saw them exchange a small smile before Enid nodded to tell me it was time to see our parents.

"Girls! Let me look at you" my mom said as she walked over to us and started sniffing us, I cleared my throat feeling uncomfortable, I know Xavier was looking at me over there "Are you feeling well? You're looking a touch anemic" she continued "Have you been eating enough red meat" she questioned grabbing a cheek from each of us in her hands.

"It's good to see you too, Mom" Enid spoke first "and you, Dad" she walked over to talk to him.

My mother came up to me and whispered "Who's that guy?" she looked over to where Xavier was.

I followed her gaze "No one" I said quickly.

"Don't try to lie to me, I can smell him all over you.

My heart began to beat fast and my hands began to sweat "He's..."

"He's my boyfriend, and these days he hangs out with us a lot, it's normal" Bianca walked up next to me smiling at my mom "Hi Mrs. Sinclair, I hope you're okay" she arrived in time to save me.

My mother looked at me suspiciously, I know she didn't believe it for a second and after that she turned back to Enid to criticize her again. My mother was the queen of this, she said it was to toughen us up but it only made us lose confidence.

"Thanks you" I whispered to Bianca "Gabrielle hasn't come yet?

"Still not" she put her lip in a line, "About you and Xavier, I'm happy for you I know you weren't interested in him when we were together. But I know he did, I tried to manipulate him with my sirens songs" she looked down at the floor playing with her hands.

I looked at my mother behind me "I'm sorry".

She took my hand between hers and smiled "don't worry, you're my best friend I'll always support you".

"My darling daughter" Bianca froze and I saw behind her Grabrielle, her mother stepping forward "Wouldn't miss it for the world" my friend finally turned to face the woman behind her.

"See you Bianca" I said shyly, Gabrielle has always scared me even though I may have seen her once 3 years ago. I walked away and went towards Ajax, his mother and grandmother were present today.

"Hello ladies" I arrived with a big smile and Ajax's grandmother took my cheeks in her hands.

"Agatha, Darling. You look lovely," she said, looking at me more closely.

"You are too" I returned the compliment.

"Agatha was my date for the school dance last weekend" Ajax spoke.
