4 days later...

We had everything we needed. Blaze printed out the map, I got the earbuds, And we figured the best entry point would be the roof ventilation system. The building was just a large rectangle like many other warehouses and buildings. It had a parking lot in the front about 30 yards from the entrance. There were cameras on each corner of the building with 24/7 surveillance. Those were gonna be a problem since the ladder to the roof was in front of one.

The plan was for me and blaze to destroy all of the cameras that were on the backside of the building. We had to destroy them at the same time so it seemed like they malfunctioned. Then, Blaze would make the fire alarm and sprinklers go off to cause a distraction while I got up to the roof. He would then run to the ladder and meet me at the top of the building. We both go down the ventilation system and pop out somewhere in the building. The workers would be focused on calling the fire department, not some random guys walking around the lab.

Blaze said that we probably needed to find the boss's office, or just the manager's office. Then we get what we need and get out of there. I had no idea what we would find, maybe a tracking log of all the experiments they had. Or maybe information on who they hired to kill Marco, if that is what happened. I had no idea what was in store.

"Alright mate, You remember the plan?" Blaze asked me.

"Yeah, I remember."

"Good, We only have about 20 minutes before the fire department gets there. If anything goes south, or something seems Dodgy, we will leave and come back, alright?" He asked.

"Alright..." It was now 9:00 pm. Me and Blaze began driving over to the building. We had to park behind another building so the cameras at the back of the lab didn't see us pull up. It was pitch dark outside, and freezing cold. Blaze parked his car behind a taco shop that was right behind the Lab.

"Blaze, how did you get this car? Do you have a job?" I asked.

"I might have robbed a bank one time. I honestly don't remember." He said as he was parking the car.

"You robbed a bank? Blaze, you can't just rob banks while these people are looking for us!" I whispered.

"This was a long time ago, I just needed some money to get me on my feet when I moved here to Atlanta." I smacked my face with my palm, annoyed.

"Whatever Blaze, let's just get this over with. Which camera do you want to break?" I asked him.

"I didn't really think about this, but how are you gonna break one? They are really high." I didn't think about that until blaze said this.

"Maybe you could overheat them. Ya know, one with each hand."

"That would work, mate. But That would take the breath outta me." he explained.

"We'll just do that. Make sure to hug the wall so they don't see you, ok?" We were going to have to go to the left side of the building and stay under the cameras.

"Alright, mate. You got your earpiece?" He asked me.

"Yeah, I got it."

"Then let's do this." He replied, smiling.

Blaze's POV

We sneak over to the left side of the building, just as planned. Marcus was behind me, his jet black hair was glistening in the dark. It was almost like he was built to hide in the shadows, except for his pasty white skin. He could pass off as a vampire to be honest.

We made it around the corner of the building, now we were at the back of the building. I had to be in the middle of the wall, so I could reach both cameras equally. I raised my hands in the air, both pointed at each camera. I took a deep breath...
