Danny woke up slowly to the scent of werewolves. It was stronger than the previous nights, he supposed, but it had been a long day yesterday.

Movement behind him forced him to stir a little more.

Tight bonds held his hands in place,

He hissed and heard a certain wolf's growl in return.

"Fucking hell Wolfy. Where are we?"

The walls were of metal, exposed pipe and all, with rusted bolts that seemed to hold the whole thing together. He groaned, his head falling back to rest on his mate's shoulder.

"Moon, if I know tic. Are you in one piece?"

"Looks like it. You?"

"Yeah" The wolf's words disintegrated into a growl, as the scent of the absent wolves grew stronger.

Two wolves entered, and Danny mentally labelled them silver and ginger on account of their hair. Silver and gold dotted their suits, and a gun rested elegantly on silver's hip. Danny sighed.

"Good, you're awake." Said ginger, before promptly spitting on Danny's face. Oscar growled, low and deep.

"Lovely. And good evening to you too,"

"Shut it vampire" Ginger kicked his chair hard, causing him to grunt.

"Ooh, so they're racist kidnappers. Write that down Oscar."

"We're taking you into the boss, vampire. You could take this more seriously. He'll kill you. Especially after working your seduction magic on a wolf this high up." Silver spoke that time, his voice croaky and honking.

"Seduction magic?" Danny laughed hysterically. "Tell pup, do you feel seduced? Bewitched?"

Oscar swallowed carefully, avoiding his true answer.

"Of course not," he growled out, "this overgrown tick couldn't seduce anyone."

"Oi, that's pushing it!" The vampire gave him a playful kick, "I could to seduce anyone. I could seduce everyone, in fact!"

The werewolf kicked back.

"Yeah right. I'll believe that when I see it. Maybe stop wearing the same clothes for a month."

"I wouldn't be if you gave me any opportunity to get anything else! You think I enjoy looking like I come from a bad 80s sitcom?"

Oscar opened his mouth to reply before-

"By the fucking moon and all that's holy, do you two ever shut up?" Ginger cut in, slamming his fist on the table.

"I try not to. It's bloody dull in the quiet with him," Danny laughed

The wolf chuckled.

"Are you drunk!?" the stranger said incredulously.

"I wish," Oscar winked.

Danny's heart had been dead for many years, but at that moment, he felt it skip. Oscar raised his eyebrows.

The vampire slit the plastic that bound his wrists with his nails delicately, quick to catch the falling remains.

"Now, as much as I love the interior decorating in here, what's the plan, mister?"

He slowly reached for the wolf's wrists, repeating the process. They had to move quickly for this to work

The vampire ducked, swooping underneath to kick the stranger's legs out from under him.

Before he could even scream, Oscar grabbed and slammed his head into the desk.
