Karli's POV:
"Ma'am?" I head someone say from behind me as Jocelynn, Laney, and I walked out of the VIP room, making me whip my head in the direction of the voice. When I did, I saw the man that Brantley had spoken to during the VIP session, the man that I knew was Brantley's personal bodyguard, walking towards me.
"What do you think he wants?" Whispered Laney in my ear.
"Guess were about to find out." I whispered back, my heart racing. I knew what I hoped that wanted -that he would want me to meet Brantley after the show and we would live happily every after- but even I knew that was jus me being foolish. Things didn't happen like that in real life.
"Boss wanted me to invite you the three of you to the best seat in the house." Said the bodyguard when he reached us.
"Better than the Pit?" said Jocelynn, chiming in before I had the chance to answer.
"Well, that depends on how you look at it. The Pit is one of the best seating options but many would say that watching from side stage is the best. Less likely to be trampled." Said PJ, a smile coming across his face.
"If we're going to give up Pit seats to watch side stage, what are yall going to throw in?" Said Laney. If there was one thing you could count on from her it was that she was always going to make sure that everything worked out in her favor.
"Well, how does full reimbursement for your tickets sound?" said PJ.
"Keep talking." Said Laney.
"And free swag."
"If you're going to offer free merch, then it better be more than just a wrist band that costs $8 online." Jocelynn cut in.
"How about one of every item that we have?" said PJ.
"And BG is fine with you giving his stuff away?" I asked. I knew Brantley wasn't doing this for the fame and fortune but were talking a major loss of sales if PJ just willingly gives away all this stuff and reimburses us on the tickets.
"Boss told me to do what I had to do." Said PJ matter-a-factly.
"What about food and drinks?" said Laney. "Willing to comp us on those too?"
"Absolutely. Like I said, Boss said to do what I had to do."
"But why?" I asked.
"Lets just leave it as he is intrigued." Said PJ, his brown eyes locking with my blue ones.
"Well in that case, I guess you have a deal." Said Jocelynn, answering for me. I didn't mind because lets be honest, who would have refused this offer to begin with?
"Good. If you'll follow me then..." said PJ, gesturing for us to follow him.
As the three of us walked along behind PJ, none of us could wipe the grins from our faces. Laney practically vibrated with nervous energy, Jocelynn was damn near skipping with excitement, all while I was just trying to wrap my head around all of that was happening. Never in my wildest dreams could I have ever imagined that something like this would happen to me.
"Here you are ladies." Said PJ, stopping in front of what looked like a lounge area just off the side of the stage. I didn't know much about concerts -especially ones that I would be watching from side stage- but something told me that there usually wasn't a couch, chairs, and a table sitting just off stage at every show. "Go ahead and make yourselves comfortable. If you need anything, flag me down or ask one of the guys running around back here for Devin. He's the site manager and in charge of making sure that everyone has everything they need."
