Day and Night

Close your eyes
For has come a time
for night to settle
Slowly leaves the sun
for a greater beauty to take hold
The day goes quiet For day is no more
The day is no more
At last, the warm stars come out to play
Dancing swiftly along the night
Softly the moon shall arise
to take part of the nightly role
There are days for which
The sun outshines her,
Therefore she alays away in the night
To a place where no eyes can be layed
On others she shines strong enough
For eyes to be layed even over the envy sun
For which she knows how strong she is
For she holds the tides like no other
Let a lesson be learned through night and day
The warm summer sun may appear all that
But it cannot come without a cold moon
