Chapter 26; Your smile is better than Sunset

Chapter 26

" Hey! Can you please dress faster? We're already late for god's sake!" Bible demanded, tapping his foot countless times.

" Fine! Just one more minute" He answered annoyedly, spraying perfume across his clothes going from his trousers.

Today is already D-day where he and Bible are going out somewhere where Build actually was clueless about. He wasn't certain where their destination was but still, he agreed to this bastard's offer. Soon, Build opened his door wearing his casual clothing every time he went out.

He wore his black long skirt, pairing it with his white sweater. He was wearing a beret hat to at least match from his cute outfit.

Bible's facial expressions were not typically convinced about Build's outfit, but he decided to shrug those thoughts and eventually complemented its cute fashion.

" You looked cute" a normal person would blushed from those said praise but Build did the most opposite reactions. Instead, He point out his middle finger from Bible, cursing him in nonverbal communication.

Bible chuckled genuinely, by the fact that he was technically enjoying it. He gestured  his hand for Build to follow him and Build lazily rolled his eyes as if he had any choice but to comply.

They get inside the car, both sitting in the front. The drive was placid; mostly Bible would start their conversations that would eventually end in the most inelegant silence.

Both of them managed to succeed through the easiest level, which is not fighting each other in any cases.

Build can sense something that he's actually familiar with and would eventually love their said destination. He immediately lowered the window beside him and was sincerely happy from Bible's chosen place. It's his favorite place! Beach resort!

The breeze makes his soul in ease, like it was giving him some kind of comfort that he'll need today. The water moisture that kept tickling through her nose every time he tried to inhale those fresh air, surrounding him very peacefully. This was the real heaven.

" You look distracted" Bible snapped his mind, making Build frown from the sudden voice.

" Shut up! I'm enjoying the moment" He argued, proceeding to inhale the fresh breezes while Bible kept driving from the main entrance.

Shortly, they were now in front of the entrance, and Build didn't hesitate but to run along across the wide beach, opening his arms largely, like someone was chasing him across the place. He was happy neither the man behind him.

" Hey slow down! You're going to get injured" He shouted worriedly, running behind Build's back.

Build stopped before he could eventually reach the water in front of him. He didn't bring any spare clothes because this bastard didn't warn him from their certain destination. If he somehow knew then he would eventually bring spare clothes.

Build closed his eyes, inhaling the air that he almost craves every single time. Peace, peace, peace. That's what he needs. A simple peacefulness from his life. He wishes for a harmonic soft music that would likely wrap him in the most comfortable way.

" Why did you stop?" Bible asked.

" It's great in here" He didn't answer Bible's question, Instead he complimented its chosen place.

" Yeah…I guess you liked it a lot "

Build didn't answer, but his genuine smile was all Bible craves these past few days. Build was smiling widely like its mouth was almost gonna rip from his beautiful face. This is the type of fantasies that Bible needs that he didn't actually expect will be fulfilled. It was almost unbelievable to be in reality.

Build sat on the sand, hugging his knees tightly. Bible joined him from beside, not caring about the fact that they didn't bring any spare clothes.

" Is this what you said? Two people needed? really? That is such a childish excuse!"

" Well yeah, I'm aware that it was but still, It's your happiness that I'm putting through. So even though I'm a fool in your face, At least this fool tries to make you happy "

" And don't forget! It was a successful plan, ''he added, proudly speaking.

Build was touched and he can't help but to not deny those facts. He appreciated those efforts that Bible did to him and he was certainly thankful that Bible chose his favorite place.

" Well, thanks I guess?"

" Wait—" Bible covered his mouth, realizing that Build did really appreciate his efforts. " D–did you just?, You just!"

" I know, I know! Don't mention it or I'll smack you" Build covered his face with his own palms, hiding himself from reality.

" Are you shy?" Bible playfully raised his eyebrows, teasing Build beside him.

" No! Fuck you!"

" It's cute. You're blushing"

" I'm not and—I don't know what you're talking about! Just shut up please " Build stood up, preparing to leave from the place.

" Fine I will! Just don't leave already, The center of this surprise wasn't coming yet. Just wait a little bit more time" Bible insisted, crutching Build's sweater to stop him from leaving.

Unconvinced, Build sat again from the sand, pouting annoyed beside the man.

Minutes passed, both of them were still sitting beside each other while Bible was continuously checking his wrist watch, from time to time.

" What are you doing? We've been waiting in this area for almost a minute and I still couldn't figure out your plan"

" Five "

" Four"

" Three "

" Two "

" One "

He counted proudly, while the sun in front of them started to move. Build was amazed, 'cause this was the first time that he could actually watch a sunset with his own eyes. This type of scenery, he can only see it in the media but now, It was in front of him. Literally in front of his eyes.

" It's beautiful! I can't believe I–"

" Indeed beautiful,"

" Yeah! Look at those birds! it looks like they're swaying from the sun's rhythm, following its movement"

" I suppose yeah?"

" You don't believe me!"

" I do Build. What's there to lie?"

Build then again focused his eyes from the sunset in front of him, scanning every detail and structure so that he could keep it from his precious memories.

" It's nice to see you smiling again. Smile suits you the most so you should express your feelings more"

" Is it? I don't know, I've never received such a beautiful compliment like that" Build stated. " It felt different but, in a good way" He added.

" Thank you"

" Is that serious?" He suspiciously suspected, not certain about those statements.

" It is you fool!" Build laughed, ruffling Bible's hair.

" Well, your welcome, Build"
