Sofia marched the path to the tower while wiping the bead of sweat on her forehead. She was completely drenched of sweat after playing some hopscotch with her animal friends.
Unfortunately, her lilac dress got stained by a flower drip when she was running by the gardens. A stain like that could be very hard to remove... and so, a certain Sorcerer came to her mind
Finally reaching his door, Sofia let herself in and the sight of Cedric reading a book on the sofa greeted him. He was wearing his casual green t shirt and some loose trousers. It was hot outside, so this was very understandable
Sofia smiled "Good Morning, Mr. Ceedric" casually, she made her way to his chair to sit on
Cedric turned to her, and the first thing she noticed was how sweaty this girl was. He immediately cringed to himself upon seeing she sat on his chair just like that
Her sweaty butt on his chair!
He always hated sweating, this was associated with hard work and labor which he so loathed. And it just so happened that the girl right here was the exact opposite. Not even bothering to conceal his reaction, Cedric frowned at Sofia
"What do you need, Princess?"
"I need a potion to remove the stain on my dress" She then turned to the side to reveal the orange extract on her skirt area
"Hah, don't you have like a gazzilion of dresses in your closet" he raised an eyebrow "Just throw it away and get a new one"
Sofia's eyes narrowed "I don't like throwing away dresses just for such a small reason." Embracing herself, a smile fixes on her lips "And I like this one too"
Cedric looked away "fine..." he reached out for the certain vial on the shelf and opened the lid.
He then led Sofia to the balcony of the tower up above. It was windy here, which would be a perfect place to dry up a stain
Sofia closed her eyes and enjoyed the fresh wind with her auburn hair flowing. It was not every day she gets to go here after all. Cedric turned to her and couldn't help but notice her enjoyment
He smiled. She really was a sucker for places like this. "Perhaps I should take her more up here" his thoughts echoed
Sofia opens her eyes and Cedric holds up the vial for her. "Ready?" he asked.
The girl nodded
Carefully, he dropped a drip on the area with the stain. And with magic and the breeze of the wind, it disappeared as expected
Seeing this brought a smile on Sofia's face "You're the best, Mr. Ceedric!"
She was about to give him a quick embrace, but for some reason, Cedric immediately parried to the side, making Sofia lose her balance without him.
Sofia turned to her "Mr... Ceedric?"
"You're sweaty and stuff" Cedric looked away from her, directing his gaze to the view below the veranda
"Oh..." Sofia grew to notice how drenched of sweat she was. Realizing this made her embarrassed slightly as she fixed herself
"Oh... I'm sorry, Mr. Ceedric... ehe-he!" she forced a nervous laugh. She has been used to hugging him that she didn't notice
"It's okay. You can use the shower by my room if you want" Cedric uttered as he pulled out his wand and poofed out a towel from out of nowhere "The body soap is by the shelf if you need it"
The girl eagerly accepted this with a smile on her face "I will. Thank you~"
Sofia was about to turn away, when suddenly, she stepped on a nearby empty flask on the ground, causing her to lose balance. As Cedric notices this, he didn't hesitate to catch her fall and hold her close to him as they both landed on the ground.
Slowly, she opens her eyes to see Cedric embracing her to him. A feint blush reached her cheeks upon noticing his scent and his warmth all over her. As Cedric came back to his senses, he looked at her
"You broken?"
"No.. No I'm not" Sofia stuttered softly
"Good" Cedric stood up to his feet and reached out his hand for her to take.
Standing up, Sofia notices his green T-shirt damp from holding her close to him "I'm sorry I got my sweat all over you, Mr. Ceedric" she looked guilty, with her cheeks facing the ground "I know how much you hate stuff like that.."
Suddenly, she felt a pull from her cheek. It was Cedric pulling it softly with a grin on his face "What are you talking about? You think I'd let you fall and hurt yourself?"
Hearing him somehow brought joy to Sofia's heart. Cedric really does care for her after all
"I didn't~" she smiled at him before walking the other way carrying the towel.
Suddenly, she paused for some reason "T-Thank you..." Sofia slowly looked at him with a very adorable sheepish expression on her face. And just like that, she dashed the other way to the shower of the tower
Cedric watched her leave with the same grin on his face. But after a few moments, he finally notices the dampness on his green T-shirt from Sofia. He was perplexed by this at first.. but somehow...
Knowing its Sofia... It didn't bother him that much..

The solemn sound of the water splashing and the nice smell of Cedric's body soap from the shelf made Sofia think of deep thoughts as she felt her sweat wash from her body with the water rinsing her off.
And just like that, her embarrassment came up to her as a blush crept to her cheeks. Sofia hid her face with her palms, she felt embarrassed getting Cedric all dirty like that
But as she thought of him, a nice feeling engulfed her that she smiled. The way he caught her like that... the way he held her and the way he looked into her eyes
Her smile deepens, as she felt giddy all over. It was a strange feeling, and Sofia cannot explain it well
Either ways, she wanted every second of it~
