"Rock Paper Scissors Shoot!!"
Cedric opened his hands into a paper, triumphing Sofia's fist as a rock. And so, he took five steps ahead with a smile on his face
"I am definitely gonna win this... just you watch, Sofia!" the man boasted in a confident tone
Despite the distance, they faced each other and did the rock papers scissors shoot game again. This time, Sofia had scissors and Cedric had paper – meaning Sofia won and she took five steps ahead as well
"Hup hup... hooray!" Sofia hopped just beside Cedric with a smirk on her face "I don't think it'll be that easy, Mister Ceedric!"
Cedric grunted in his thoughts, but no matter. He had the ultimate trump card in his sleeve. The game may be based on luck but probability says otherwise. He read from a book that paper is the most often choice people would use in Rock Paper Scissors
"That means all I have to do is use rock from now on!" Cedric said to himself in his thoughts as he stared at Sofia in an awfully sinister way
"She did tell me that the winner gets to ask the loser to do absolutely anything and he or she must do it no matter what" he instinctively rubbed his hands upon thinking about this as the girl turned to him with an innocent look on her face "I'll have Sofia hand over her Amulet or Avalor to me. That's the plan all along... he-he.."
Sofia then noticed something behind him and pointed at it "Look!"
Cedric turned around and there was a hot air balloon that's shaped like a heart with a bunch of balloons on the mix – all colored red. Somehow, Cedric was annoyed seeing this. Probably of what today is supposed to be.
"Today's Valentine's Day!!" Sofia reminded him which made him frown "Isn't that great?"
"It would've been great if I had the company of a beautiful, curvaceous and seductive maiden as date" he uttered
A day where couples get to go out and celebrate romance by sight-seeing or just having fun in general. The sorcerer hated this on the single fact that he doesn't have a girlfriend to celebrate it with.
"Mister Ceedric, let's resume the game!" he felt a tug on his back and he turned around to see Sofia looking up at him with her excited and anticipating eyes
Cedric sighed, realizing in exchange of not having a date for Valentine's Day – he get to babysit Sofia in her games and whatnot. But that's okay... as long as he accomplishes his goal of getting the amulet of Avalor – then he'd happily spend Valentine's Day with Sofia
And so, the two went on playing their rock paper scissors game of seeing who gets to the destination goal first. The destination would be the cliff just by the Dunwiddie Park as proposed by Sofia. He didn't know why she wanted it so far but he didn't have any problem with it whatsoever
With each distance, they went from place to place. He never got to cover much distance because Sofia always somehow ends up catching up to him no matter what. And so, they were pretty much close to each other throughout the game.
"Okay I won again!" Cedric cheered, when his rock beat Sofia's scissors and he went five steps ahead. But of course, Sofia won in the next round and she was next to him once more
"How am I gonna win at this point?!" he complained in his thoughts gawking at her
Sofia however noticed something nearby and her eyes lit up. There was an ice cream shop and it had the special Crimson Vanilla flavor that is only available during Valentine's Day
