You spent each day doing commissions and literally whatever Scaramouche told you to. Diluc came to see you at some point during this time, saying that he heard about what happened. But you knew he was the one who 'attacked' you.

But now it was your last day in Mondstadt and you were saying goodbye to everybody you'd ever spoken to before. Scaramouche was getting annoyed since you were walking all over the place, you could have just left without saying goodbye. You even dragged Scaramouche all the way to the Dawn Winery. You left him outside as you walked in,
"Master Diluc.. It hasn't been long since Y/n started being suspected and they're suddenly leaving..? Don't you think it's suspicious at all?"

"I believe she's innocent."

"She was carrying around hunters sacrificial knifes and a delusion, I have them right...." He grabbed the bag seeing something that wasn't what he mentioned.

"That's not proof, that's... bread." You held back laughter, successfully as Kaeya just stared at the bag.

"..Xiao didn't take them...? Or did he just not hand them over.. Y/n didn't seem to have them...."

"Maybe she didn't have them in the first place, only half of what you say can be trusted.."

"No, it's true I had them."

You quickly went and handed your weapons and delusion over to Scaramouche who took them with a confused expression. You ran back in, closing the door behind yourself loudly. The sound of the door alerted the two men as they watched you run over to them.

"Hello Diluc! ..Hello Kaeya, I never found my bread even though you said it was in a bag. I went through every bag I found... Can I have it back or did you eat it..?"

"I-.. what?" Kaeya stared at you in shock and Diluc held back laughter, covering his mouth with his hand as he pretended to cough instead. Kaeya hesitantly handed the bag of bread to you and you smiled.
"Thank you so much Kaeya!" You hugged him and just stared at Diluc in confusion.

"So much for weapons and a delusion, huh, Kaeya?" Diluc said with a smirk on his face as he looked at Kaeya. Kaeya glared at him before speaking,
"Then check her or something, they'd definitely be on her."

"..Weapons? And what's a delusion...?"

"Y/n, you don't mind if I do a quick check to make sure you don't have these items do you?"

"Of course I don't," He nodded and took a step closer as you let go of Kaeya, he patted you down slightly and once he was done he looked at Kaeya.
"There's nothing, see for yourself if you don't believe me."

Kaeya just turned and walked off, not caring enough to talk to the random bluey-purple haired kid with a big hat he saw. He just headed off.

You looked at Diluc,
"What was that about?-"

"He thinks you're the murderer.."

You're eyes widened as you spoke up,
"Is it possible that.. he's the one that attacked me in that alleyway...?"

"No, Kaeya wouldn't."

"Ah, okay, if you say so," you smiled slightly, "Well, I came to say goodbye! One of my friends convinced me to go to Inazuma with them! It's gonna be quite a dangerous journey but there's no going back now..."
