why do cameras get staticy whenever Kappa talks about his past?
Kappa actually used his magic once he escaped the lab to make sure he wouldn't tell anyone about what happened there, unless it was willingly. When he had told it to the interrogator, he had made sure he counted every last detail, the pain, the blood, sewing, procedures, shock collars, surgery, you name it. it didn't show on the cameras because the people who were listening, he had not wanted them to listen.
