CUS GUYS WHEN MIHOYO MADE RAIDEN FORGET ABOUT SCARAMOUCHE IT MAKES THE PLOT EVEN BETTER. ITS LIKE REGAINING BACK YOUR MEMORIES WITHT HAT SPECIAL SOMEONE AND LEARNING THAT THEY ARE SPECIAL TO YOU.
Plus, in the 3.3 archon quest, Nahida was able to remember who Scaramouche is because she had a backup plan in case Scaramouche decides to do that yknow?
