Chapter 6- Payback
Renesmee's pov
"NO!" I exclaimed after Emmet explained the reasons for Ella's nightmares and why she was going to die. I was furious at my father. It's his fault that Ella was having nightmares. It's his fault that she's in Italy right now. It's his fault I'm going to loose my twin sister forever.
He didn't love Ella or treat her as if she was part of this family. He didn't believe her about her nightmares so neither would Carsile. He made her scared. He's the reason she's going to die. And I'm going to make sure he knows that he's taken an innocent life.
Suddenly I heard my phone ringing. It picked it up off the bedside cabinet and looked at the caller ID. My breath caught in my throat as I relized that it was Ella.
"Hey Ella." My voice was weak since speaking to her after I found out that she was going to die frightened me.
"Hey sis. I know your probably worried about me so I'm calling to tell you I'm fine. In fact I've found my mate." A huge smile spread across my face. Knowing that she was happy and she had found someone who loved her just as much as her family, maybe more. I didn't care that this meant that they were a member of the Voturi. At least my twin sister is happy. That's all I care about.
"That's fantastic! Who is he?" I asked, eager to know the identity of the person who had made my sister so happy. Who had taken away some of her pain.
"Alec. He promised me that as my mate he had persuaded the masters to help me. They said they would do anything in their power to keep my alive." She squeled over the phone. My smile was replaced by a grin as I absorbed the fact that the Volturi were going to help Ella. That they would do anything in their power to help her stay alive.
"That's fantastic! Hey you don't mind if your biological dad magically gets a punch in the face do you?" I asked while walking out of the room and towards the livingroom where I knew Edward was. I heard a giggle from my twin.
"No but I think that he'll mind." She laughed. I shrugged.
"So? Who care what he thinks?" I questioned smirking.
"Not me but..." I cut her off before she could finish her sentance.
"Thanks! Bye!" I hung up and smirked evily as I spotted my father sitting on the couch with Mum. It was time for payback...!
